Great low profile PFD
I recently got this inflatable life jacket, and it’s fantastic. Lightweight, low-profile, and sleeveless, it doesn’t restrict movement, making it perfect for fishing. It inflates automatically in 2-3 seconds as soon as you hit the water, keeping me afloat and highly visible with reflective bands. The soft, durable fabric and adjustable straps make it comfortable and easy to use, and the backup oral tube adds extra peace of mind. This is reusable and easy to reinflate by swapping in a new CO2 cartridge, this PFD delivers excellent safety, comfort, and value. I highly recommended for anyone on the water.

Seems to be top quality. I find no US Coast Guard approval markings.
Appears to be a top quality, serious, product. 150N buoyancy life jacket There are ISO standard markings markings referencing international standards for life vests, but there is no US Coast Guard approvals that I can find. It is lack of this testing / certification that is the only deficiency I can find. I know that US Certification programs are very expensive for manufacturers, and not having these will allow the product to be sold at lower cost. That said, it does have some international markings and appears to be top quality. It is a personal decision as to whether you feel that US Coast Guard approval is necessary. Local regulations likely require coast guard approved flotation devices aboard your vessel and these will not meet that requirement but that does not prevent you from using it under conditions you see fit. I will wear this at times where I would be inclined to wear nothing. It is light and comfortable. This is the automatic inflation model which will inflate if in contact with water. For that reason, you might prefer a manual version for paddling or other sports where getting wet is expected, and inflation is not desired. If it were dangerous conditions, I would likely choose something not requiring inflation, but that is personal opinion. Since entering the water will trigger the consumable single use CO2 cartridge, I am reviewing this life jacket on land without activating the emergency automatic inflation. The manual indicates substantial testing at the factory for holding air and it can be inflated by mouth, via a straw if you choose, but the automatic feature should do it for you.. At this low price, for my need case, I am very happy with the product. It is by all indications a very high quality product. I am removing 1 star because I wish it had the markings indicating that it was tested by an independent testing agency and or being USCG Approved. Then it would be perfect. I do like it. Like I said… not US Coast Guard approved that I can tell, but looks to be a top quality product.

Nice lightweight inflatable safety vest
I like these inflatable vests for when fishing on our Jon boat. Traditional vests work well but are cumbersome and get hot / sweaty. This vest is well made, looks great, and is so much smaller and lighter. It’s much more comfortable when out in the sun and is small enough that it doesn’t get in the way. I like that the co2 cartridge is really replaceable after use. It is safe, easier to move around in, and at a really good price!
