What to do if dongle connection is abnormal? — Re-pairing BT51 Bluetooth Dongle with BH7X Headset.
(1) Connect the BT51 dongle to the PC.
(2) Power on the BH7X, and connect it to the PC via a USB cable. (BH7X and BT51 connect to PC at the same time)
(3) Click [Connect to Dongle], and choose “Yealink BT51” from the web popup.
(4) Click [Connect to Headset], and choose “Yealink BH7X” from the web popup.
(5) Wait for a while, until Pair Success.
Where is the BT51 dongle? — (1) Open the black drawstring bag (2) Find the small mesh bag on the top inside (3) Find the BT51 dongleHow to switch Teams/UC platform?
(1) Open “Yealink USB Connect” software (2) Connect the headset to the PC via USB cable or dongle (3) Click the BH7X headset tab
(4) Device Settings -> Advanced Settings -> General -> Platform -> Change the default paltform of BH7X headset

Good Work Head Phones
I purchased the model without the USB dongle, as I prefer not to carry it around. The headphones connect seamlessly to both my phone and laptop, and switching between devices is smooth and hassle-free. I updated the software via the app and a USB connection.The mute function is impressive: lifting the mic mutes it, and lowering it unmutes. There is also a handy mute button for calls. My colleagues have noted that my voice is clearer now, and I also find the sound quality excellent. The headphones are very comfortable for long meetings, and I haven’t experienced any discomfort. I have been using them for the past three weeks and haven’t had any disconnections.One downside is that the mute and unmute function on the headset doesn’t sync with Microsoft Teams, requiring me to manually mute and unmute in the app. Despite this, I’m very satisfied with the product overall.

Works with the PS5 when you pair it to the Ugreen dongle.
I bought these in an effort to find a much better headset to work with the PS5. I paired these with the UGREEN usb type-c dongle and now I have fully wireless Bluetooth capability with the PS5.I just had to push the button on the end of the dongle to enable the mic function of the headset but now I can chat in game without having the fuss of the 3.5 mm headphone jack on the controller.I did knock off one star because the ear pad the way it’s designed it sits on the ear instead of around the ear like my old turtle Beach recon mono headset used to so it pushes on my glasses and it causes a little discomfort around the ear region. I wish Yealink made a over-the-ear cup for this headset

I love these headphones!
I took a big risk when I bought these headphones because they were a brand new product and there were zero reviews for them on the day I ordered them (September 2024). But after reading about all the other products and the features on these headphones, something compelled me to try them. They are amazing and work wonderfully well. They connected via Bluetooth very easily. The sound is great. I have been listening to music on them which sounds tremendous. However, I’ll likely mostly use them for talking on the phone and for conference calls. I’m very happy with this purchase.

My fancy Jabra headset broke and I couldn’t afford another one so did a lot of research and went with this one. It’s more comfortable than the Jabra – call quality and sound are great – it has a charging base and you just plug it in and it’s ready to use. You get what you pay for and for $100 this one is awesome! I cold call all day at home for work, the cheap ones are all terrible so I highly recommend this one.

Took the plunge to buy a more expensive headset for work after using a cheap wireless one previously bought on Amazon. Works great and I can see the difference between this and the cheaper one. In noisy areas it really does cancel out background noise and the sound quality is great. Also found it really comfortable to wear. Bit pricey in comparison to cheap alternatives but definitely a good product and in comparison to jabra and others great value for money. Works great with teams and was super easy to connect and haven’t come across issues with battery as it comes with a stand so when not in use it’s charging anyways.

Je suis agréablement surprise par ce casque ! Très qualitatif, le son est excellent, aussi bien au micro qu’à l’oreille, mes interlocuteurs m’entendent super bien. J’ai hésité à l’acheter car il n’avait pas de commentaires. Mais après avoir eu 2 expériences lamentables avec JABBRA, je voulais absolument changer de marque. Bien m’en a pris. L’installation a été très facile, et l’ergonomie du casque est plaisante. Il est léger et maniable. Je recommande ce produit !
