1515 1.5 Inch x 1.5 Inch T-Slotted Aluminum Extrusion
One of our mainstays, this fractional extrusion measures 1.5″ x 1.5″ and comes with one open T-slot on each 1.5″ face. Used widely with guarding, workstations, CNC DIY, frames, workstations, material handling solutions, robotics, and much more.
1515 is a 1.50” x 1.50” fractional 15 series square T-slot profile with four open T-slots, one on each 1.50” face. The profile may have align-a-grooves or smooth edges depending on the model selected. The 1515 profile is compatible with all 15 series fasteners and can come in a variety of variations including Lite, Ultra Lite, Smooth, Ultra Light Smooth, and Lite Smooth. This profile makes great uses to clean room applications, guards, enclosures, desks, and much more.

Ok, so my husband is an aquarium enthusiast (to put it lightly). He likes to build a new aquarium about every six months, that is his hobby. While I appreciate him staying home and happy, I have had some nightmares about cooked corals, broken aquariums, etc. I have to say; I was skeptic when he said he is going to build the aquarium stand from this material, but it looks fantastic, and it is very sturdy. It looks industrial, but it kind of fits in our eclectic home. My hubby did not have any issues with the installation, did not have to return anything. We are both happy with this purchase.

This stuff from 8020 is really good
I’m building a small cabinet for my minivan out of 8020 (size 1010). I’m a newbie at this stuff and after watching many Youtube videos I decided to give it a shot. I found the items offered by 8020 on Amazon are true to the product pages, they ship them in a reasonable timeframe (I received every 8020 order in about a week, even though the advertised shipping was longer).

Pricey stuff and shipping isn’t any cheaper. A small project can rapidly add up to or exceed the cost of buying the thing your trying to DIY in the first place. Good quality though. There’s less expensive similar options out there. Depending on your project, you can choose accordingly.
