Great value
I received this item just yesterday and am using it while typing this review. Its size is perfect for my lap and laptop. It’s very pretty and appears to be well made. The beanbag cushion is very comfortable and allows for adjusting the angle as much or as little as you like. Good idea to a have a handle for carrying, makes it easier to get around. I think it’s a nice item and a great value for the money. My only suggestion would be to create some sort of a elasticated beanbag cover (or zippered) rather that the way the fabric is stapled on, that way the consumer would be able to remove and wash it.

Perfect buy!
Perfect! It is large enough for my coloring pages, it’s able to be spun around depending on how I am sitting and placement of my arm to sit. It’s 90% for coloring for me so I was concerned about the texture it has but once I tried it for my coloring needs there was zero issue with lines coming through they are shallow enough there’s no probs. Love the strap it holds the pencil I’m using atm without putting it up or your project. Has a cool phone holder and a antislip piece. Made well, exactly as pictured. Came overnight so like 14 hrs quick! I’m also a wheelchair user and will get another to use while in my chair out of the house. Or just to already have another on hand for my coloring group days. Not to slippery, durable, quality is great. Will be getting a little clip light to add for the perfect setup!

Comfier than a leg balancing act
I tend to do writing or use a laptop by trying to find a way to prop things on my leg. It’s never the most comfortable position, and in the case of a laptop too warm. So, I started looking for a lap desk eventually settling on this model by LapGear. It’s the sort of specialized-use-case item I normally don’t bother with, but since I started using it I readily reach for it.The top surface has faux wood grain that looks a bit nicer than a slab of plastic (yet still light). I tend to use the phone holder for other things like a pen. The device ledge is shallow and narrow so it’s less in the way when you don’t need it, but it might be problematic if the bottom front edge of your device is curved. It’s occasionally in the way when writing, it would be nice if it was removable or retractable.The padding warrants special mention. It’s not clear from the product description (or maybe I just missed it), but I was expecting the bottom to be like a pillow. But, it’s lose pellets more like a bean bag chair. This actually makes it a lot better because you have good airflow, and it’s better able to conform to a range of surface shapes. If your lap is angled upwards you can push the pellets to one side so the surface is flat. Or, you can sit cross-legged and the cushion will flow over a leg or foot.

Very plush and pretty
Just right! I needed something that was attractive and came in light colors so that when I tuck it between my recliner and sofa it doesn’t stand out. Balances well and really good for morning devotional Bible study, especially good for those who are into Bible journaling because you can prop your Bible up on it and put highlighters or stickers or paints in the elastic and nothing falls around. Very comfortable and not too heavy. I don’t use it for a laptop, but the size is generous enough to be able to store pens and flake stickers and bookmarks and Bible.

Comfortable and beautiful
This lap table is not only beautiful, it sits higher than most so my neck doesn’t bend down and is more level with my eyes. It’s very sturdy and I would definitely recommend it.

I was pleased with the quality of this one. I returned another one for being smaller than advertised, this one was exactly as advertised. I have used it daily for the last week and not had any issues with it falling apart, loose seams, or other quality issues. I appreciate that my s22ultra fits inside the phone slot (storage is as advertised) and the elastic band has been quite handy while editing manuscripts.Fits quite nicely on the side of the couch or beside the bed, wherever I find myself working. The carrying handle also has been nice as it’s a good size, but not too big. This is especially helpful as my disabilities sometimes impact my ability to carry things. I personally like the design of the fabric as well.I’m still getting used to inflation prices but I’d say it was a decent value for the money and I am not disappointed. 🙂

Best lap desk for size, light weight, and comfort. I don’t use the phone holder or pencil holder, but they do work. The fabric designs are pretty as well. I have two of these. One for my office and one for my friend’s house where I sometimes work.

I’ve got two of these now. The microbeads in the cushion allow for a comfortable and level fit on your legs no matter how you’re sitting. The phone holder is convenient for a phone or for an external SSD. The only downside is that it’s not very wide, so there’s very little room for a mouse (which I don’t use, so no issue for me).
