    Outstanding
The sound quality is actually what you hope it would be. It’s louder and more crisp than any other headset I’ve had of like size and price point. The buttons on the wire make for convenient use and the tilt on the earpieces means there’s no backwards or right way to wear them, you wear them how you’re comfy and they just work. I would recommend this for anyone who is having to wear a headset at work or makes calls using their pc.

All background noise is clearly heard, no noise reduction
My spouse and I work from home in a remote call center environment. My wife was deaf as a child and after many surgeries has about 80% of her hearing, a miracle, but due to her hearing impairment she was wanting a headset that had amplified sound to be able to hear the calls better. We bought these because the company seems to have a lot of hearing impaired focused products and thought they would be a good place to start. The headset itself was comfortable, my wife could hear calls better but there is NO noise reduction so when I got on a call, 6 feet away from her with a noise partition between us, the sound of my voice was crystal clear on her recordings whereas my headset from a different maker doesn’t amplify my audio but the noise reduction negates about 95% of her talking and the dogs in the other room with the kids as well. My wife could also clearly hear every-single-word I said on my calls which made it hard for her to focus despite the amplified volume from her call. The product development team needs to revisit this product! If they add solid noise reduction to it we’d buy it again in a heartbeat but due to the lack noise reduction on these which made them unusable – we had to return it immediately. Noise reduction on a call center type headset is not optional, its a requirement. These also need better background noise deadening for what can be heard while you’re on calls too, better earmuffs idk but something better. If you are in a silent room with no dogs/cats/birds/kids/co-workers/etc making noise to interrupt you/your customer/etc then these do a great job at amplifying the call received but if you have any noise of any kind and said noise will negatively impact your ability to take calls or negatively impact your quality-scores, then this headset should be avoided.

Budget Price But Also Budget Sound Quality, Light and Comfortable
I’ve been having great difficulty in finding a decent headset for chatting via my PC. Bluetooth headsets have been giving me connectivity problems in Windows and noise cancellation is giving me problems in other ways. I don’t WANT to cut out background sounds – sometimes I am playing audio or playing an instrument that I want the other end of my call to hear. And often the noise cancellation seems to create dropouts – words or syllables are missed and I’m asked to repeat what I said.I thought I’d give this set a try since it’s wired (no connectivity issues) and there’s no noise cancellation. Well, it does solve the problems mentioned above, but I’m not entirely thrilled with the microphone or speakers. They’re OK but I’ve been getting used to pretty high quality sound with other products I use. The microphone makes it sound like you’re in a tin can and the speakers sound like a cheap radio. Everything is clear but it’s just kind of low quality. That said, the price is pretty reasonable and they’re very easy to use, so I really can’t complain. They do the job at a good price just not with premium sound quality.I should mention that anything that rubs up against the headphones or cord can be heard in the headphones rather loud, there’s no dampening or insulation to isolate it. That can be a little annoying. There aren’t any real instructions included but that’s because they’re so simple to use. You simply plug these into your PC and you’re ready to go in a few seconds, Windows will instantly recognize the headset and switch your microphone and speakers to the headset. You may wish to go into the settings on your mic and speakers in Windows and adjust levels. One nice feature is that it includes a mute button, volume controls and an amplification button on the cord, which are pretty large and make it easy to control. The amplification really boosts the volume quite a bit so I imagine this is very helpful for people with hearing issues. If this were priced any higher I would probably lower my rating by one star, but at this price and for all the features and comfort I’d say this is a decent enough budget headset.

    Not worth it
This thing has one good thing going for it. It is loud. and it does work… poorly. They have the amp button which does make it even louder but it distorts the audio pretty badly. you can head for a conversation but its notably distorted. So the mic mute button does not work even with the drivers installed. The voice is audible in the mic, but it is very low quality audio. The headphones themselves sound worse than headphones costing 1/4 this price.unless all you need is the volume amp then get something else. honestly a cheap gaming headset with a built in amp will sound better and be louder for cheaper. skip these for sure.

    Works well and comfortable
This hearing aid compatible headset is fantastic! With a USB connector it’s perfect for hands-free conversations on the computer. The lightweight design and microphone are ideal for high background noise environments. The attached remote makes adjusting volume, turning on Boost, and muting the microphone quick and easy. The sound is good quality and rich. Highly recommend!

    light Grip and Feel
I have this on a 10ft extension from my desktop it works well. I like the dedicated volume control on the cord not needing to adjust the level on the computer is great. They seem a bit large to me on my bare head but seem to want a pad wrapped around but work really well with my hat. Makes them perfect.
