Decorative, well built & sturdy
The aviation themed bookends were packaged well and arrived undamaged. The model is a bronze-ish cast, artistic representation of a biplane with landing gear set on a wooden base, which may also be cast, painted to resemble darkly stained wood. The book end is heavy-ish, each base has four small vinyl or rubber pads on the bottom. The dark color scheme nicely highlights and complements my growing book collection. I’d buy another.

Sturdy bookends
Bought this for use in my hangar office. Looks amazing sitting on my shelf holding my aviation books. Would definitely recommend for any aviation enthusiast.

Looks great, could be heavier
I love the look of these bookends, perfect for my sons bookcase. I wish they were a bit heavier though, they slide pretty easily with heavier children’s books leaning against it. Would still buy again for how nice they look!

These are just as nice looking as you would hope. They came packaged in Styrofoam so they are well protected, and they are nice and heavy for a bookshelf. We really like them.

Looks great! Fast shipping. Love the look. Goes perfectly with my dark wood furniture. I think I’ve got it holding a hardback/paperback combo of about 25 books and photo albums. Nice weight. Self supporting. Doesn’t slide.
