Lots of interior space, with a separate laptop/tablet pocket
This is a terrific bag that also fits under the typical airline seat (personal item). It’s technically larger in dimension than some of the airline sizers, but because the bag is “soft”, you can fit it under the seat, as long as it’s not packed fully solid. The interior is large, with one interior pocket, so the user has to organize accordingly. I appreciate having a laptop/tablet pocket on the side. Minor quibbles: (1) No water bottle holder (interior or exterior); (2) When the laptop pocket is full, the small phone pocket (with magnetic closure) is not as easy accessible nor usable. In my opinion, it would have been better to put the phone pocket on the other side of the bag, away from the laptop case.

Excellent quality, if you’re up for the price
To be up-front, I’m not sure why the cost for this bag. On the other hand, I’ve gotten about a half dozen bags in the last few months, and this one has the highest quality materials and craftsmanship of all of them. And this one is currently about 26% off from when I got it, so now’s the time =)It’s a little smaller than my other bags, yet is able to hold an impressive amount of clothing and items. And if you fill up and need more space, there is an expansion zipper on each side that adds 20% more space to the bag. Nice. There are all kinds of pockets and clips, including padded for your computer and one specifically for a tracker device, and a Molle-like what they call “Daisy chain” system for attaching things to.The video on the product page shows a nice toiletry bag being attached to that system. I would like one of those bags, but either it doesn’t come with the duffel bag or they forgot to include mine, because I didn’t get it. I checked out their Amazon store to see if it’s sold separately, but don’t see it there. Maybe they just forgot mine.I have the Aviator Navy model, and think it is very aesthetically pleasing. It is quite comfortable to carry as well, though arthritis has me use the shoulder strap more often than I used to would have.Unlike some bags that I like but the zippers have me holding my breath on how long they are going to last, these zippers are YKK and live up to the name. Everything about this bag is nice, including the wide stacking strap that lets you piggyback this on the extendable handle of another piece of luggage. Many bags have a thin piece of webbing, but this has a whole strip probably 7-8″ wide that holds your bag securely to the extended handle.I am very aware of the placement of computer compartments, and the one change I would make here is not having the computer compartment on the same side as that stacking strap. It’s probably fine, but will mean that when this is piggybacking on your rolling suitcase, your laptop will be resting against those extendable handles.I would normally take this for the overhead compartment, however, and a have my laptop in a backpack that goes under the seat in front of me, so the above would only be an issue in some situation. To top it off, when you register your bag, it has limited lifetime coverage, plus a “trusted companion promise,” which apparently is that for a year after you get this they will cover the cost of repair for damage from an airline or other common carrier.Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.

Quality functional travel bag
This bag is gorgeous. The outer canvas is soft, but strong. The inner fabric is velvety soft. All the zippers are well made and the zipper pulls have grippy pull tabs. Everything from the fabric, to the metal hardware to the supple webbing is quality. The attention to every details is inspiring. The design is very well thought out. It has plenty of pockets both convenient and functional. The expansion zippers don’t seem to open it that much, but it is quite surprising how much bigger it feels inside when you do.It does have a seemingly higher price tag, but you get what you pay for, and this is one of the best travel bags I’ve ever seen.

Nice quality, needs more internal organization
This is a great quality, durable, heavy duty duffel bag. I feel like it will hold up well to all the roughhousing that airline baggage handlers might throw at it. I like that strap so it can be secured to my wheeled carry on bag. My only complaint is it doesn’t have as much internal storage/organization as I would have found handy. Just a couple pockets or dividers would be helpful. I found that I really have to hunt around for smaller things that have fallen down inside. I do like the external pockets a lot tho. Love that I can access my laptop without having to get into the main compartment. I also like the hidden pocket for keeping my phone. It is quite sizeable so I haven’t even needed to expand it yet but love that that is an option!
