Usage Scenarios
Troubleshooting
1. Channel key does not light—-Check the AC power cord. Is it connected properly? Or change AC adapter to test.
2. Cannot receive response—- Please make sure the intercom set to designated channel? If not, be sure to release TALK when you are not speaking into the intercom. Also be sure to press TALK or CALL when the intercom is in MONITOR mode.
3. Cannot talk to another intercom—- Are both intercoms set to the same channel and code? Please make sure they are properly set up and that you’ve waited until the other user has finished talking.
4.Strong and continuous “beep” sound, static noise —-Move intercoms further apart to eliminate audio feedback. Or, change your intercom to another channel or code.
5. Unit doesn’t work—-Try the units in a different location. If the units work in a different location but not in your home, there may be a problem with your home concrete wall.
6. Cannot communicate—-Confirm both units are set to the same channel and code when you want to communicate. Or, change locations by using Power Bank and moving to other locations for better reception and transmission. Or change the channel code.
Note:
1.5080 feet signal range is tested in the open area, the realy signal range in antual use may less for obstacles in the circumstance. please note it and put the intercom system in the rgiht place for better signal range.
2. The intercom system is a real-time communication system which has no memory or storage function. Because of this, you cannot receive any information while you are talking with others. Additionally, you cannot speak to another user if they are speaking at the same time.
3. Please note that you will need to set the same channel and code if you want 2 intercom stations to receive communication. It also means any other intercoms can also communicate if they have same channel code. For example, your neighbors may be able to interfere with your intercom system. We suggest setting another channel or code to avoid interference.
4. A tip for setting your home intercom system
For example, let’s say you have a 4 station intercom system for your home for different rooms. You can set all 4 stations with the same code A(code A, B or C are choices), then you set different channels for all 4 stations. In this case, you can just click a channel number to call others without set code because your codes are all the same. If your system receives interference, you can change it to another code for all of your stations without changing every station’s channel making this a very convenient option.

Very good product and even better customer service
The Wuloo wireless intercom system works very well in our large home. We have a large square footage of area that is difficult to communicate so I decided to purchase this intercom system to help with this. Upon arrival, the system was very easy to set up and start working right away. I purchased 4 units and an additional 2 as well. One of the units continued to have a squealing noise so I was not completely satisfied initially. A day or two later I received an email from the seller making sure everything worked well. I replied to the message letting them know one did not work well and immediately they sent me a new one. I was so surprised to receive the new one 2 days later which worked flawlessly. In addition to the seller sending me a replacement they continue to follow up and check to make sure all worked well. I have to definitely commend the sellers of this product for the wonderfull follow up as this doesn’t happen very often anymore. I would gladly purchase any other product they are selling, especially if it works as well as this one did. I would highly recommend.

Good value for the money.
These are nice looking units and I am very impressed with the design and performance. We have all of them operating on the same channel so there was no set up at all. Press the talk button on one unit and it broadcasts to all of the other units. You can answer back from any unit. If we wanted to change the channel on any of them it would be a matter of pressing one button. I was skeptical about them being wireless but they work perfectly on opposite ends of our home… about 200 feet and through 8 walls. The sound is clear and no static. The talk button is lit with a pleasant blue LED that makes it easy to see at night, but not too bright to be disturbing. I initially ordered a 4-pack but was so pleased that I ordered a second 4-pack so that we have them throughout our home.

Works Great as Advertised so Far
Works great. Only issues are due to close proximity (small office), nothing to do negatively with the product (got 4 pack) as of yet. Only 2 suggestions: A temporary or timed function that allows for muting or better yet, a way to display when an intercom is busy (e.g. seeing channel 4 button come up red to at least show they are currently using system despite still being allowed to speak to them) and although the ringer is very loud, having a visual aid additionally warn a person that the intercom is ringing. These suggestions are mainly with the goal of lowering chances that a person about to call someone and interrupt during a meeting or phone call. Nonethess, the system works as expected and is of good quality.

Does what it claims but annoying to use.
It works, it is easy to set up, it is easy to use. We tried to use this system in our family home so we could call the teens down to dinner, etc… without yelling or having to exhaust our pitiful bodies by walking up a flight of stairs. We have four units set up on a house of three levels, two to three rooms between each, and on different floors. The reception seems fine. They are simple enough to use, but… We don’t use them. After weeks of “Beep!”… “Yes?” “What?” “Say it again slowly please.” “What?” We found it was more annoying than an uncultured and inelegant shout or texting/calling them. I’m honestly surprised that this kind of technology isn’t much better. The more expensive options out there seem to suffer from the same problems. Anyone paying attention, I would pay twice as much for something that worked better.

Difficult to use and picks up chatter from other homes
I have a large multistory house. I bought a four-unit system. I followed directions and gave each one a designator of 1, 2, 3 or 4. When I need to call my wife from one unit to another, I can’t make the other unit buzz. I can’t figure out how to talk to her particular unit. Even when following the directions word for word, it doesn’t seem to work. I push the correct button for the other unit, I push Call or Talk, But nothing happens on the other units. Usually. Sometimes it seems to work. But only sometimes. Most of the time, nothing. No sound at all. Every now and then, she figures out how to buzz the room I’m in, but when I push the talk button, she can’t hear me, even though I can hear her, or vice-versa. We’ve had these for a year and a half. Now, a neighbor seems to have given their child a set of walkie talkies for Christmas, and we are listening to all their conversations on one of our units. These really don’t work very well. I’m sorry I bought them at all and I’m unplugging them and putting the problem back in the box where it belongs. Maybe a set of quality walkie talkies would work better. I have other Wuloo products that do their job very well, but this particular purchase was a bust.

Easy to setup, easy to use, and great support.
We purchased 6 of these units after using them at my parents place. They are perfect for our little family goat dairy, to call back to the house from the barn. Setup one in each of the main rooms in the house and one in the milk house and milking parlor. The range we use them is 200ft , then through about 4 to 5 different walls depending on what room you are calling. They do the job GREAT as intercoms for short requests, for long heart to hearts they aren’t the best, unless you grew up with two ways and can deal with a little crackling.I was also impressed by Wuloo’s support. We had one unit that had a power issue (11 months after purchase) and the support was great. Tried several different troubleshooting procedures and when those didn’t work, wuloo didn’t hesitate to stand behind their products and send replacement.I would highly recommend these intercoms
