Clear audio, comfortable, easy to use
I was hesitant to buy a headset but needed one for meetings while my kids were doing school at home during Shelter In Place. I decided to take a chance with this one, based on reviews, and have been so pleased. My colleagues can hear me clearly via the microphone, and I can hear them. Ambient singing and talking was minimized, so meetings could proceed smoothly, and nearly 6 months in, the headset is still working beautifully. Very pleased with my purchase and am buying another one, as my kids have begun stealing mine.

Perfect!
I use a Mitel brand phone at work and I was getting tired of having to hold the handset while trying to complete some tasks. I did some searching around and landed on this little guy. I was worried it would not be compatible, but it fit right into the port on the back of my phone. It has a pretty long cord which allows me to walk about 6′ from my desk. I do find that it does fit comfortably and is easy to use with left or right ear because the microphone does move backwards or forwards. The first time I used this headset, the person on the other line asked why I sounded different. I asked the person if it was bad and she let me know that I sounded clearer with these headphones. I am very pleased with the quality and do recommend this product.

This is definitely worth the money!
Love it! Works as expected. Definitely a lot easier than having to pick up the phone all the time. Since the speaker on my phone is starting to go bad this definitely helps with that as well.

Good quality for the low price
I have an in-ear hearing aid and cannot use Bluetooth earbuds so I prefer simple wired over the head (dual ear) headsets. This one is of good quality, clear sound and works well with my hearing aid. Cable is flexible, plug and the connection to the head piece are pretty solid. Volume control and the push button that answers/hangs up phone and start/stops audio players can be a bit hard to find at times and even more so with gloved hands. All in all happy with the headset and recommend it. Way better than the junk sold as the Walmarts of the world for sure.

Ok for a pinch
Headset works and is compatible with our phone system. Easy to set up and does what it should. However, customers seem to hear me fine, but they are muffled and somewhat difficult to understand.

Love the product!!
I tried this single sided phone headset with microphone for the first time today and I absolutely love it. I plugged it into the slot on the back of my office phone and it worked! It’s very simple to use. The sound quality is quite good. No one I spoke to on the phone complained, which is good. Will definitely buy again if needed!

The sound quality in these are great and the headset is comfortable but MAKE SURE you read the model numbers it is compatible with. Don’t make the mistake of just buying without reading. My wife loves them.
