It feels super solid and exactly what I needed for my workout bike. Once it’s set up, it stays put, which is great for getting the perfect position. It works for phones (if placed horizontally) and even fits a few larger tablets. The gooseneck is sturdy and doesn’t sag underweight, and the claw clamp grips tightly—especially on round surfaces like the handlebar, though it works fine on flat ones too, thanks to the rubber padding. The tablet clamp is also secure and feels reliable, even during a workout session. I was impressed by the ball joint—it adjusts smoothly and locks in place better than others I’ve tried. Overall, it’s a dependable mount.

Very Solid Mount for tablets and even phones.
This mount is really solid and sturdy, overall excellent for my main purpose of video recording. Once it’s in place it really does stay which is fantastic for lining up your perfect shot. This can work for a phone if the phone is place along its longer side, and seems to open wide enough to fit larger tablets like 11″ iPads.The gooseneck is rigid and doesn’t sag under the weight of a device at all. It’s not super flimsy where you will lose your position once adjusted. The claw clamp is very sturdy and rubberized, very easy to get into position safely and works best when clamped to a round object like a mic stand or a pole. But can work on a flat surface as well thanks to the rubber. The tablet clamp is rubberized and solid, should be secure even in a moving vehicle. The ball joint connected to the tablet clamp is also better than other’s I’ve used and seems to secure tightly and smoothly. Once this is in place it wont move easily.Overall this is a very reliable clamp for use in a presentation scenario, but is even good enough for a video shooting scenario where it’s very important for the device to not budge even slightly at any point. I love how this clamp has been designed and it truly seems like it will be working well for me for a long time. Price is very reasonable as well and it ought to be useful for many scenarios.

Great, sturdy mount!
I had a similar mount that worked great, but it was just a little to low without the goose neck, this seemed like just the right length and it was! It gives a little bit of height from the bar and plenty of ability to adjust. It holds secure on the bar and I am happy with the performance for the price.I will say I don’t love the spring loaded grips as much, but since it has a standard ball attachment, I was able to put my phone holder with the lock and quick release lever on this and it worked perfectly. I did test out the included holder and it was fine, seemed to hold as expected. I just prefer the security and ease of my other style, so I am not taking away any stars from the unit itself since that is just a personal preference.Overall, I find this to be a great option that mounts as expected for a decent price point. I recommend!

Firm grasp, simple to use, anti-slip on important areas
While I do not own a plane to test this on I have no doubt it would hold up to turbulent weather in the skies. The anchor point intended for a steering column also grabs on well to non-aviation objects such as tables. There’s rubberized inserts on both the anchor and tablet ends that prevent any unwanted slippage. The bendable neck is also impressively stiff, I assume by design, and it is not going to move by any action other than your own. It held up to a toddler attempting to grapple with it without losing its position. The rotating neck locks in fairly well with the adjustment screw but does allow some adjustment without much difficulty. Good product for any application that requires the device to remain stationary under critical circumstances or under high vibration.
