Noticeable improvement over the stellar Poly Voyager Focus 2
Upgrade over the (really good) poly voyager focus 2 I used for a couple of years.Much larger range. Similar audio quality from the headset itself. I’ve been told I sound the same on calls.I thought the base would be gimicky but I’ve learned to like it. I can easily tell when I am muted. Bouncing between Zoom, Teams, Huddles, and other apps made it difficult to know if I was actually muted or not (some apps will show unmuted within the app, but the headset itself would be muted). The screen on the base clears this up.The range extension over the Focus 2 is substantial, and was the main driver for me looking to upgrade.I’ve been told that, when raising the microphone to mute/unmute, no one can hear me touching it. I found that the Focus 2 would slightly make noise when moving it up or down. The Focus 2 would “click” when muting, this one does not, but both would still give an audible ‘muted’ or ‘unmuted’ voice sound when doing so.All in all, very impressed, and worth the upgrade for me, and I went through several other $xxx headphones when landing on the Focus 2 years ago.

Yealink HA64 Pro
I purchased the mono (single ear) variant. So far this headset has been great. I like that is it both UC & TEAMS compatible so no need to make a decision in regards to what model to get. I was unsure whether to get the mono or duo version but ended up going with the mono because I like to be able to hear my surroundings and sometimes find that I talk louder if both ears are covered. I used it primarily for remote work and office calls, but also have been using it quite a lot in the car on the mobile phone as well. I also like that the on/off switch is a manual toggle switch as opposed to some multi-function button that you have to hold for X number of seconds to power off/on. All in all it was a good purchase and I’m satisfied with it.

Don’t waste your time
Sadly disappointed. Thought the distance and connections would work great. Kept dropping or losing the person talking. I would love to get my money back on this

What did they even send?
Edit from original review.I called the tech support line, very helpful and walked me through connections. He explained the headset will read as WH64 but it’s for the HA64 pro.I do like the base, it’s nice when I get an incoming Teams call and I can hear it ring. When I have my headset off, I would miss teams calls because I could hear the ringing from my headset. It is very comfortable to wear. It’s heavier than the Yealink BH70 I already own but not uncomfortable. My main issues though that are going to cause me to return. This headset is NOT connected to my computers or softphone by Bluetooth so let me start with that.1) outbound feedback. I will be on calls and meetings sounding crystal clear and then at some point during the calls, they will hear static and have said I sound robotic at times. I’d have to turn off and turn on the headset and unplug the base to get it to stop. I don’t hear it on my end so now I’m wondering how many calls I’ve done where I sound like that on voicemails.2) I’ve seen the many videos for the company Headser Advisors, and purchased this product because of their videos disappointed however. My biggest gripe is sometimes while I’m talking, if someone else in the office is talking, it will pick them up on the call in the background, but not if I’m not speaking. One of the videos showcasing this product was demonstrating that this will not happen. They showed the person using this headset and talking simultaneously while someone else sat next to them talking, and it was not getting picked up. Because my job is sales and in the phone and in online meetings all day, this isn’t ideal. Especially if there’s just regular office chatter in the background while I’m speaking. I can’t ask an entire office to shh while I make calls either. This is my biggest gripe honestly. I want something that will only pick up my voice when speaking, not the background convos. I’ve already tried several settings and downloaded the Yealink app and it doesn’t work the way it does in the YouTube videos. If you work alone in a home office then this might be best for you, it doesn’t pick up noice in the background from my kids on my home office days. But picks up everyone’s voice on office days.I’ll sadly still be on the look out for a new headset. Thankfully old faithful, the Yealink BH70 is still going strong and amazed how that has better noise control than this product for a significant lower price!Again, the company Headset Advisors was great with support so I do appreciate that! Having a live person walk me through set up and not make me feel dumb. So I really like that!——————————————Very confused and concerned why my base says HA64 Pro (what I paid for) but the headset is WH64.Can’t even connect to the PC by the usb or Bluetooth. Only my cell connects by Bluetooth to the headset but not the base. The base also keeps defaulting to a desk phone option even if I keep selecting soft phone. The app isn’t helping either. Keeps spinning trying to access FAQ, Support and even the guide. I hope I didn’t spend a ridiculous amount of money on a scam.

Awesome headset from Headset Advisor
Awesome headset. The noise cancellation is excellent for a non full over-ear headset. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this headset to all professionals frequently on voice calls or in virtual meetings.
