Fits Well and Securely Holds Phone
Very useful for holding phone or tablet while driving or flying within easy reach on your thigh instead of trying to mount phone on dash, cupholder, etc. Very adjustable to hold phone high or low on the thigh or knee area, away from the steering wheel or yoke. Angle adjustable as well for best viewing. Clamps phone nice and secure. Won’t fall or slip out. Easy access at bottom for charging cord.

Just didn’t work for my situation
I typically fly a Piper PA-28 and was hoping this was going to be a good option to hold my ipad for Foreflight. While it does hold my device, it just didn’t work for me in the cockpit. It might work better with a phone, but I don’t like to work off my phone. The unit itself is pretty well constructed and is definitely less expensive than others on the market. It might be a viable option for other pilots or aircraft. This specific kneeboard just doesn’t work for me.

Great Product doesn’t work well in C172’s
I purchased this item for use with my IPAD mini to display Foreflight while I am flying. The product is very high quality, however for those flying C172 or similar with a yoke, I find this kneeboard to be in the way of operating the yoke during landings.

GOAT device holder
where have you been all my life?? this is amazing. it holds your device in a comfortable position when you’re sitting or lounging. there are no supports all over the place, no articulating arms, no giant pillows,…just you and your device. at first, I didn’t necessarily like that the strap is sort of one-size-fits-most. …but there’s an extender piece in the box, too!! it becomes one-size-fits-almost-anybody-in-the-world. I’ve used it on the right and left side. you have to invert it so the strap terminates on the inside of your leg. it’s not a big deal, but it’s worth mentioning.overall, thing weird-looking thing will be in my life forever now. you need it. you really do.hope that helps!

This knee tablet has a velcro mount and a tablet holder that can be mounted on a ball head. The holder and ball had as well and fastener are all plastic. The build quality is still ok to hold light tablets, and is not a big concern. The angle of the tablet is also freely adjustable on the ball head. What I find troublesome is the viewing distance; it really depends on good vision because I found the tablet would be hard to see from a mounted distance. The strap is nice, but it also would not stay on if I wanted to stand up and walk. I think there are some niche use cases, but you you plan to stand up, this may not work that well. Also, if you prefer to look at a tablet at a closer distance, this may not be great.
