Works great, comfortable, and good sound quality. It was somewhat difficult to set up and can’t use the phone receiver while headset is connected. But I like using it so far.

Gets the job done
I bought this for my job; I’m a supervisor at a call center, and I have to take a few calls from time to time. The connector for the headset is the standard quick-disconnect, and it comes with an adapter to plug into your office phone. Always nice to have an extra one laying around.This headset is no different than the basic (typically Plantronics brand) ones they hand out at call centers. It has no volume control for your mic, so you’ll have to physically put the mic closer to your mouth for the people that say they can’t hear you. The volume control for the earpiece is going to be on your phone – it’s wired, so you can’t go too far from your desk anyway.Sound quality is like any other headset or handset. I can’t speak for the quality of the mic, but I’ve only had one out of a dozen or so callers say they can’t hear me.

When we started using these for training, the microphone doesn’t work unless you hold it almost in your mouth. We can’t keep the microphone portion close enough to use these.

Terrible, I can’t use these after 2 days a extremely loud buzzing noise was on ever call smh do not buy ****Update******: customer service very good contacted me and sent me new headphones and received a full refund so far there is no buzzing sound. Thank you!
