I bought a couple of these – one for a team member and one as a back up. Haven’t had to use the back up headset yet and it’s been months of use every day, 8 hrs a day. Fit is good and lightweight, no discomfort after all day use.

Nice headset. Good sound. Easier to hear the caller.After using this for a few months the sound is terrible. Everyone is muffled. Or they can’t hear me. Needing this for 911 calls. Sorry I got this now. Was a waste of money.

Pleasantly Surprised.
So, I’m a 911 dispatcher, and have to wear a headset 12 hours at the time for a shift, so i was little nervous to try this, especially with how well it’s priced. If you go to by a headset from Plantronics, it’s at least $130 or more. Well, i am pretty impressed with this headset! It’s clear, and so comfortable!We are provided headsets from our employer obviously, but i personally wanted something with a little more cushion on the ear, so i decided to give this one a try and I’m glad i did!
