Good value for the cost
For years I purchased a similar Panasonic model and have thrown many in the trash. I need one to keep the kinks out of neck while being hands free to use my computer, iPad, etc. Tried this one just to see if something different would be better, and was pleasantly surprised. This Wantek headset is a much higher quality and functions better. Nice long, heavy duty cord so you won’t knock it in the floor just by turning your head. Sound, comfort, and functionality are excellent. I don’t believe you can find a better unit in this price range.

Great for cordless phones!
I work at an answering service & have been remote for a good long time now. I used to look for the cheapest headsets as I always had to replace them every 6 months. A colleague told me about this headset, so I gave it a try. Man I was surprised that I could hear callers so much better. This headset lasted a good long time & then I couldn’t hear anyone. Contacted the company & without any problem the headset was replaced. Great customer service is a key when you are purchasing a product. I recommend this headset hands up. Do not buy the Panasonic KX-TCA30, NOT WORTH IT…

Nice headphones!
I would have given this 5 stars, but it did not actually list the model number of my phones (I have a 3 handset Panasonic cordless set) in the list for which they would work. I chose to take a chance because of visual inspection of the plug-in. It works fine. It’s a lightweight headphone and I like it personally because there is no foam around the mouthpiece. I use it on a landline set a couple of times a week for longer conversations, instead of using my cell phone.

I purchased these phone headsets for the comfort and freedom of being able to use my phone, to talk, do dishes, cook use my computer and many other things without having to hold onto the phone since it has clip on’s that I may clip the phone on my clothes. The hearing sound on the headsets are great, crystal clear. Volume also great. Best purchase I’ve ever made. Would purchase again if the need arises. Recommend highly. Packaging and delivery great.Totally satisfied and content with my Wantek Phone Headsets.

Loud, constant feedback within 4 months of purchase – throwing it away today!
I would highly advise against purchase of the product. It worked decent for about 4 months, then started to provide very loud and constant feedback that overwhelms everyone on a call. Attempted multiple troubleshooting steps and it simply will not stop the loud, painful feedback. I am throwing it out today and will try another, as I would expect more than 4 months of lifetime from this product.

Headband is way TOO TIGHT! – Read UPDATE
I originally gave one star to the monaural headset: It feels like my head is in a vice. The headband is way too tight. I immediately get a headache one minute after putting it on. Totally useless.UPDATE: Wantek contacted me directly about my issue after reading my review. They were apologetic and asked if they could send me another headset. Within 3 days, I had the brand new binaural version. I was so impressed. This one has two speakers so the headband is not tight at all. It fits perfect. The also told me they were working on another monaural headset to alleviate the issue I experienced. This company has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! They really care about their customers and their products. I now give them FIVE STARS*****

Clarity But Comfort Issue
It seems a more solid product, and more importantly more clarity than previous headsets I’ve had that are plug-in compatible with Panasonic handsets. But the headband is incredibly tight, and I can’t handle it for more than a few minutes without it starting to hurt. I have attempted to bend it out to lesson the clamp like grip, but so far no affect.

Eigentlich ein gutes Headset. Lässt sich gut tragen. Habe es hin und wieder benutzt, wenn ich telefoniere und die Hände frei haben wollte. Leider hat das Headset nicht so lange gehalten, wie mein vorheriges Marken-Headset.Nach nun einem Jahr versteht mich die andere Seite nicht mehr. Habe es an mehreren Telefonen versucht. An allen Geräten das gleiche Problem.Schade! Deswegen nur 2 Sterne!*** Update November 2024***Der Kundenservice hat mir angeboten, das Headset zu Erstzen. Top Service!!Deswegen doch 5 Sterne vergeben!!!!
