Excellent Luggage Straps
These luggage straps worked great and made my luggage easy to identify. I never thought of going crisscrossed on my luggage, but it definitely made it more secure. A good thing about these luggage straps is that they have a locking mechanism on the clasp that you simply move to one side to unclip your straps. I liked the colors because they matched my suitcase perfectly.

Great Quality and Easy to Use
Very cute and sturdy! I used these on my suitcases to make them easier to identify and as an extra layer in case the zipper failed. The locking function works great. I’ve also seen people use these to hold innertubes together for river rafting/lazy rivers. I think the buckle and strap would definitely be strong enough to withstand that level of activity!

Passing the Stress Test
These straps were especially helpful for identifying our luggage at the baggage claim area. Very distinctive. Hard to guess wrong! Once of the strap locks broke because the luggage was handled roughly, as is usually the case. It was just lost. The other five made it to and from our destinations. Make certain that the locks have just a slight amount of wiggle room. Excessive tightness can put too much pressure on the locks. It’s a delicate balance. Don’t have it so loose that the belt moves easily. Don’t have it so tight that the lock cannot bear the stress.

Easy to spot on carousel and helpful in other ways
I bought this set of straps in Sun Flowers to help me spot my dark blue suitcase more easily on the baggage carousel, and to help prevent anyone from accidentally grabbing my bag by mistake in a sea of blue and black bags. It also provides protection in the unlikely event that the zippers fail and the suitcase pops open (the original purpose of luggage straps). The straps and clasps seem heavy duty and good quality.I especially like the two-step fastening/unfastening procedure. You click the two parts of the clasp together as for similar clasps of this type, and then slide a button to lock it, which prevents the clasp from opening with just the usual side presses. To disconnect, you must first slide the button back and then press the sides to release.This is a set of two straps which may be used horizontally, vertically, or both. I’m using only one of them placed horizontally, and I ran it under the side handle of my suitcase so it can’t slip down. See photos. The strap is easy to adjust to the length you need and there is no dangling end. I have it snug but not tight. It seems unlikely the strap would accidentally come off or get caught on anything during baggage handling.I also have a personalized handle cover around the top grab handle of the suitcase, but that’s not always visible on the carousel. This colorful strap will be. This set exceeded my expectations and I’m delighted with this little inexpensive travel purchase.

Quality straps, good price, best print!
I purchased these straps because I was flying cross-country and was using one new suitcase and one old suitcase and didn’t trust either one fully. These straps are very durable, easy to adjust and have a locking mechanism. They come in handy for lifting luggage as well. The print is my favorite thing about them, though.
