Why can’t my pet camera connect to 5G Wi-Fi?
First, check if your 5G signal is strong enough near the device. If you manually added the camera (instead of scanning the code), remember to select “Pet Camera” from the dropdown menu in the app before connecting.
Do I need an Memory card?
Optional, includes 6S & 7 days of cloud recording, but you can add a memory card (up to 128GB) for 24/7 local storage if you want to keep recordings permanently.
What to do if the alarm notice of activity is too frequent?
Adjust the sensitivity of the activity detection to meet your needs: Camera Setting→Alarm Management-Motion Detection and select the appropriate detection sensitivity (High, Medium, Low) for your requirements.
Can my family members and I connect to this Dog Camera at the same time?
Sure. But in order to protect your privacy, the pet camera with phone app can only be linked to one account. If there are multiple users, it is recommended to share with a family group account.

My Dogs Love It!
I’ve been using this treat-dispensing camera for a couple of months, and it’s been great for keeping an eye on our two dogs while we’re out. The video quality is surprisingly clear, even in low light, and the treat launcher works smoothly without jamming. The dogs figured it out fast and now run over whenever they hear the sound.Setup was quick, the app is easy to use, and the two-way audio is better than I expected. The only thing to know is that it works best with small treats, but that’s a minor issue.Overall, it’s a solid pet camera that gives real peace of mind when you’re away. This is a great pet cam. My daughter used it while she was away doing her clinicals, some days requiring long hours. The camera was easy assemble for use and easy to use. Connectivity was easy to set up and worked well. The design of this cam makes it discreet and the camera quality is clear. It will notify you if your cat is moving around and it allows you talk to your cat and hear her too. The zoom feature seems good and I have zoomed in on the pic on my phone often. The unit is a round, hard plastic with the camera lens and the treat dispenser on the front. Quality seems good and unit seems durable and long lasting. This camera made me feel secure in that I could see what was going on at home and with my cat,I could talk to her when I was away for long hours and I could provide a treat to her. This has been a 10/10 purchase and I would recommend this pet cam to anyone wanting to monitor their fur babies.

This exactly how it is described! Wonderful to be able to see my pup when I’m away and then to send him a treat! Easy to install the app, zoom in with clarity, camera works great, can save pictures or videos that look great, nice 360 view, holds plenty of small size treats, very sturdy and looks expensive even though it’s very reasonably priced. Great purchase!!

Good product for a great price
Great product! Pretty easy to set up and use the app. The camera and night vision works great, along with the audio and motion sensor features. The only reason I have it four stars is because it jams a lot when I try to shoot treats even though the treats I put into it are the recommended size.

Not as advertise
Update: Now it won’t connect to my WiFi. Says the signal strength is weak. Modem is in the same room about 10 feet away. also the reservoir is so small that it is practically useless. .Update. Only lasted 2 days before it jammed up. I guess that’s what the brush is for. Don’t have the physical ability to clean it it every 2 days. I have to pay someone to clean it. That why I wanted an automatic dispenser.It’s okay but it only dispenses treats about every second or third try and it doesn’t throw them very far and the apparatus that tosses treat follows the camera which is what I thought in the beginning but I asked a lot of questions and was assured that the camera was independent of the treat tosser. I also thought the camera followed motion but it doesn’t but that works out because I don’t care which way the camera points I only care which way the tosser faces. I’ll give it a 2 but I’ll probably keep it. So if you willing to put up with something that only works part-time and doesn’t do a very well, go and buy it but don’t expect it to be as advertised.
