How to connect the camera?
1. Plug in the camera.
2. Keep the phone and camera connected to the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi during setup. *Camera doesn’t support 5GHz Wi-Fi
2. Follow the in-app guide to connect the camera. *Keep the camera within 3 feet of the router during setup.
Is cloud subscription a must?
No, cloud subscription is not necessary. It provides longer recording and storage time, etc. If you do not want subscription, you can use a memory card for these features. Card slot is under the lens. Pls rotate the camera lens upwards to find it.
What if the camera is offline?
1. Make sure the router is working properly. Place the camera closer to the router. Restart the router and the camera to let the camera reconnect automatically.
2. If not reconnected, reset the camera. Reconnect the camera step by step.
What if the camera won’t rotate?
Please manually rotate the camera to check if there is any object that prevents it from rotating, and verify the camera’s network connection to ensure it is in good condition.
Why does my camera make a whistling sound?
This usually occurs when the phone is too close to the camera, causing electrical interference. To stop the noise, please move the phone farther away from the camera.

Great camera to check on elderly relative!
I bought two of these cameras for my moms house. It allows me to check on her without going over every day. They provide a clear picture so I can see if she is ok. Even in dim light the picture is clear as can be seen in the photo (she usually has her lights off). These are simple to install and the app works great! Another benefit is the call function, mom can gently touch the green button on the front of the camera and it calls my phone. Since she is easily confused by her phone now this provides an easy way for her to reach me. I can also inititate conversation to her through the camera and she just has to move closer to it so she can hear, no phone confusion. These cameras have truly reduced my stress about her living alone.

Using the K7 2Pack Indoors, One in the Garage, One for the Pets
I’ve been using two INFIYA wired security cameras for a about a month now, and I have one in the garage and one in the living room. Both keep an eye on my pets. Setup was pretty straightforward, though it’s worth noting they only work on 2.4GHz WiFi and need to stay plugged in (no battery option). The image quality is solid, says its 1296P, and the infrared night vision actually works well in low light. I can pan and tilt the cameras remotely through the app, which helps cover more ground without needing multiple cameras.The motion alerts are reliable, and I like that it records short clips when something moves. I haven’t used the siren much, but it’s there if needed. The two-way talk feature is decent, I’ve tested it a few times, though it works best in quiet rooms to avoid feedback. If anyone is looking for a good cheap little camera this is the one! Long story short but I purchased this little set after losing my husband for a little security reasons at home. Had some what of an issue with one of the camera and the person I communicated with about my issues was absolutely the most helpful and knowledgeable person. I couldn’t be more happier with this product or the person who helped me with my issues. I would suggest this item to anyone who is looking into a home camera. They don’t have to be pricy to work and let u see what’s going on when ur not home. Amazing! Helpful with eldercare
Clear/sharp image in vivid color, excellent night vision. When grandma had hip replacement surgery, this helped me care for her much easier while she was healing. With one touch she could call me & I had immediate view of her to be able to see how urgently I should run to her room. I would go to her quickly but I would show up less panicked knowing she was not on the floor, thankfully. Mostly she would wake in the middle of the night and need my help to the commode and it is really good that she could use the one touch feature to call me. The camera is easy to mount and adjust as needed for optimal view.

Love these cameras!
I try to wait a while for reviews and I really do love these cameras! We are going to buy more. We bought them to keep an eye on our cats and they’ve been so great. The night vision is amazing! I love that I can record videos and take photos of my little guys while we’re away. The only thing that bums me out is that my husband cannot also have access, it only allows one person access to the cameras. But that has nothing to do with the quality, just a personal preference. Highly recommend!
