Does this solar security camera support 5G wifi connection?
Oculview 2K Solar Security Cameras only supports 2.4GHz WiFi connection, ,5GHz WiFi is not supported. Please make sure your phone is connected to 2.4GHz WiFi when setting up the solar camera.
My camera won’t connect to the app. How to fix it?
Check power (indicator on). Update Ubox App to the latest version. Enable location & Bluetooth on your phone. Try “Reconfigure Network” in-app. Reset by holding reset button 10s till light flashes if failed, retry setup.
What to do if the camera does not recognize the Memory Card?
Ensure that you insert the Memory Card correctly, checking that the insertion direction and position are correct
Reinsert the Memory Card–Power off camera, reinsert the Memory Card into the slot in the correct orientation, then power on the camera

Price and quality are outstanding.
The cameras are super easy to set up and the use of the solar panel to keep them charged is awesome. The clarity is amazing, and they work great. I have not used the cloud storage service and have not yet stored anything on a memory card yet. I plan to just have not gotten around to it yet. The security lights on it are super bright and I am pretty sure it would deterrer anyone from coming near. I would recommend theses cameras to anyone. the price was good and the quality is also good. it has held up to the rain and wind that we have here.

Great cameras at a great price
These work great. I think you’d need to spend a lot more money to get something that was any better. I’ve had the first set in service for 10 months and there have been no problems. I have a total of 8 in service now with some of them as far away as 200 yards using range extenders. I’m using them in place of game cameras, and the video quality is excellent, way better than the typical game camera. I have a few of them mounted on tree trunks, which puts them in fairly heavy shade, but even these stay charged very well.

Excellent product
I LOVE these. Super easy to set up. Haven’t had to charge them at all, and they’ve been up over a month. High quality video, very clear. Good audio, and I love being able to converse thru the cameras from anywhere.

Not perfect but a great value and really good support
Got these because someone was vandalizing our property so we wanted a deterrent plus evidence if it happened again.The Good:Easy setup, super long battery life and excellent charging from solar panels, good image quality with very efficient storage, consistent wifi connection. Mia from customer support was also wonderful when one of the LED lights started acting up (*see below).Best of all, we’ve had no incidents since putting them up almost 6 months ago!The not-so-good:App UI is awkward and slow to respond, which can be frustrating. The motion detector is laggy (cameras activate several seconds after a human enters their field of vision) and only records 10 or 20 second snippets of video at a time (depending on how you have it set), which means some important action could be missed.*One of the cameras started randomly blinking its LED light after a few months, which led to flashing video and a strobe-like effect for passersby at night. After a little troubleshooting, Mia sent a brand new camera which has been working flawlessly for a month or so now. Defects happen, but they handled it very well and that instills confidence.Overall, very satisfied with the value here, and would recommend them for the price!

They’re the best damn security systems and I’ll do my 25 years. I’ve never seen anything like it.
I had a very high security system that cost me $2400 and this security system is way better than that I can move the cameras it’s night vision I can talk to people. I wish the system was available before I purchased that security system probably gonna buy more. You don’t need power. You don’t need anything just multiple mono tree or your house they run on solar is the best damn security system I’ve ever seen my uncle recommended them to me.

Great customer service and quality
This product not only works great but the company has the absolute best customer service and problem resolution l’ve seen. I bought 2 cameras four mths ago and had one camera stop working, which was likely d/t water damage and not having the cameras properly connected. The customer service rep Deer was amazing! She had a new camera delivered to my house the following day. I have a total of 4 cameras now. I’ve tried many brands of cameras and these are at the top of my list. Only complaint is the solar panels do not keep cameras charged for 24/7 recording but they work great when using detection mode with 30 sec recording. Picture quality is great, app has no lag time, and it’s easy to install and use.

Good outdoor cameras without needing any power source forever
I installed this, but was pending solar panel installation. It has an inbuilt battery which went from 80% till 50 % in 15 days without charging. Once solar panel is connected, it charged battery to 100% in a day. Easy to add and control , rotate via mobile app. I added 32GB microsd card for local storage. Attached day and night view from mobile app.

Excellent picture quality
The picture quality is excellent. We bought these to find out where the raccoon, living in our ceiling, gets in and out. We have one camera on the roof. The solar panel faces south and keeps the camera fully charged at all times. Pleased with that.At first one of the cameras wouldn’t respond to any movement. Customer service is easy to use and very responsive. You can allow them access as an administrator and they got it all squared away.It doesn’t look like there is a mode where the camera automatically switches between night vision and normal. That would be a nice feature. The night vision mode is great though!You can use an SD card for the recording and don’t have to subscribe to the cloud service. I haven’t determined though how to set the video recording to fixed times for the SD card when not having the cloud service. We had videos taken between 18 sec, although there was still activity, to 5 min, although nothing was happening.Set up is straight forward. Mounting is simple. The app is easy to use.
