Customers say
Customers find the intercom system to be of great quality with very clear audio and easy to use. However, the functionality receives mixed feedback, with some saying it works perfectly while others report it doesn’t work at all. Moreover, the connectivity and USB compatibility also get mixed reviews, with some customers reporting loose connections and issues with the micro USB plug. Additionally, durability is a concern as multiple customers report it breaking after three uses, and several customers mention experiencing tremendous static noise.

The second one works perfectly
The first cable shipped didn’t work, only recording a slight buzz into the GoPro Hero3 when there was audio. The vendor replaced it quickly, and the first use on 8/23/18 recorded the headset audio very clearly. This is quite an enhancement to the in-cockpit video!Easy to connect, well-enough made for our recreational use.

Sounds Great
I took one star away because I used this for my first solo flight (as a student pilot) because I wanted to record my coms…NOTHING was recorded. Later I found that if you plug it ALL the way in, it doesn’t work. Once I found the secret touch, they worked like a charm. Records amazingly good sound of the radios. Very clear and good volume. I use it ALL the time now.Just make sure you do a test shot and make sure the audio records before actually using. If it doesn’t work…pull the cord out a little and adjust it until it works.

Great Quality and the Power Bank Connectivity is a Must
I use this on all my training flights now and it is really good. Great quality. The USB cable which comes to connect the camera to a power bank is a life saver in order to record long flights, as it does supply power to the camera. This way, I rarely charge my GoPro 3+.

Works fine!
Initial thoughts: I’ve used this for about 8 flight hours now and so far no complaints! Easy to use, no static noises, happy customer! I’ll update as usage goes up.

I’ve used this on every flight since starting my PPL training and the audio quality is exactly as good as in the plane while flying. Great product

Over all cheap made with poor quality with tramendous static noise coming from charing port
Good idea with poor execution. It would be nice to have the constant charging meanwhile recording the ATC communication through the camera. First thing that caught my attention was the tremendous constant static noise that recorded in the background. Tried a second unit and the noise still exist. Finally, I unhook all those wires one by one and found out that the cause of the noise came from the wire that hooks up to the camera. Wonder if the noise came from the poorly made wire that lacks of static shielding? The Micro USB port that connect to the camera is very flimsy and got bent after couple uses.
