Recommend for work
Thus far, I have been using it for a week, I am still higly satisfied over its sound quality and overall performance. It is easy to set and the microphone pickup was nice and clear. It blocks out a lot of noise from background, and breathing. So when we are talking to each other is more clearly.I felt the headset is quite soft and comfortable to wear too…It stays in place but not squeeze too hard to make extended wear unpleasant.Its all worth the money and seems to be a very good and useful partner at work. Will highly recommend for office work.

Lightweight, Great Sound
I have been working at call central for 5 years. THE ABSOLUTE BEST! It was reasonably priced but still delivered high-quality sound. This sounds really, really good. The microphone does a great job of isolating my voice from background noise.I was really surprised.I find it very comfortable and have been on very long calls without feeling like my ear is being crushed against my skull.and good overall quality of the headset. It can be worn on either side of the head.I cannot speak on its durability as I have had it less than a year but for people that are on calls a lot, this is the best I have tried for business calls

Works as promised with my Nortel phone model
Great product if you need a budget friendly, basic wired the headset like me for hands free comfort and good clear sound quality.No more trying to cradle the phone been my head and shoulder making my neck sore. Installed in 5 minutes.If you spend a great deal of time on your headset, this may work for you, but I’d consider spending more on a higher end model. Just depends what you’re using it for and what features are important to you. Hope this helps 📞

Awesome headset! Great quality
It’s an awesome headset! I am having to do telework d/t the COVID quarantine and I bought this to help me with that. This works great with my landline phone at work, It installed easily into my landline phone, and the sound quality has been adequate.I glad I decided to treat myself with these. Not only can I hear the customer clearly and as crisp as ever. Completely muffles out all the background noise, to the point I can’t hear my coworkers around me! Very good quality and the price was amazing! There is a volume adjustment and mute switch button inline on the cord which helps for fine tuning the volume or mute mic. Highly recommend! I am beyond satisfied!

very muffled
this headset, while it may be convenient to have, is also a hinderance. callers are very muffled in the ear speaker. it does not come with a foam pad for the boom, so the noise cancelling for the person on the other end is rather staticky, and full of background noise.the cord is nice and long to accommodate movement around a decent sized desk. it does have a good volume adjustment, but it only distorts and enhances how muffled the person you are talking to becomes.bottom line, look elsewhere. i am returning this, and looking at purchasing something else.

Works great!
I work in a fairly noisy environment and the voice quality is great, with the correct ear piece most of the background noise is cancelled out letting you hear the conversation. It has volume control and mute bottom. So far so good for me. The headset is very light and comfortable to wear. I really love how flexible the mic is – I can adjust it to just the right place. In addition, the headset feels well made and robust. I think it is excellent.

Great Quality
To be frank, I was hesitant to buy these because they look cheap. They’re actually amazing. They’re heavier than they look, in that they don’t feel like cheap plastic. The sound quality is fantastic, both coming in and going out. I used it for my call center job and no one complained about my sound – which they would do if there was an issue. They’re super comfortable and the cushions are perfect – they also include spairs. They honestly sound better than the $100 headset my job provided us with.
