I ordered this for work so I can multitask without having to hold my phone. It came with extra dongle plug-ins, which was nice overall the sound is good however it is a little Muffly, but the input seems to be fine as it seems I can be heard with no issues. It is comfortable to wear and is nice that it adjust. If it wasn’t for it being a little Muffly, I would give it five stars

Very worthy purchase
This is a very good headset. The foam over the earpiece is soft and comfortable. The mouthpiece can be adjusted to fit on either side of your head, so that is a plus. Exterior sound is greatly muffled so your conversations are not affected. Great asset to my work space. Volume control is just great, very lightweight, and the cord is the perfect length. Would buy again! Just make sure you do a little homework and confirm that this item will be compatible with the phone you will be using it with.

Great customer service
My headset wasn’t working when I tried it at work (on a Monday, no less!). I could hear the customer but they couldn’t hear me. I contacted customer support via email and they were quick to respond and will be sending a replacement headset. Not many companies these days will do that on their own dime. That alone gets a five star review from me.
