Good for airsoft coms
Former marine here. These are Great for airsoft. Better quality than the other pair I have which have a much cheaper plastic arc rail mount. These have metal in the arc rail mounts which make them feel way more study. Oh and they swivel too for when not in use. Would recommend for coms for airsoft

Good comms for less than $35
Very good purchase, strong materials, good quality, good comms overall but they’re easy to break if you are not careful and i actually bought the helmet mounted no noise reduction version and it reduced noise and enhanced steps sound my son likes it and it is cheap for the amazing quality

Product looks good but the microphone is very I’m looking at reviews and from the looks of it, it’s common the product doesn’t work. My pair did not work at all please look at other headphones before buying these.

Not terrible but microphone needs work
Out of the box, it only comes with the headphones and the detached microphone. The headphones feel pretty sturdy but the microphone is attached way too loosely. I put Velcro on the end of the joint it is attached to because it does not have any movement restriction at all.

I bought these “non noise canceling” headphones, the mic plug works great in my com radio but the cord is super short so I’ll order an extension for it, the headset speakers have an enormous never before seen in my life audio jack, so I got creative, I looked for some of my scrap wires with the correct ptt size for my speaker side on my radio, I cut the wires and I cut the enormous jack off, I figured out which wires transmitted the audio from the other handheld radio by applying a small clamp to the mic key to keep it on, then through the process of elimination, I found that the black and yellow wire is what I needed on the headset side and black and red on the scavenged wire jack side, I spliced black to black and red to yellow, soldered them together, separated them, small amount of electrical tape and then shrink seal it with marine shrink tube, now I can speak and listen to radio communications, i adjust the incoming volume with my walkie talkie radio control, this product looks good and feels durable, I would definitely recommend it.

I got this headset for airsoft, and it does exactly what I need it to—keeps me in touch with my team. It fits well with my helmet, the mic works clearly, and it doesn’t feel bulky or heavy during long games. Also, no batteries to mess with, which is a win.Just a heads up: it doesn’t block out loud noises. It’s purely for communication, not for protecting your ears from gunshots or loud bangs. I just received them and will be testing them soon. Be sure to read the product specs from the 2nd product photo to not be surprised like I was.They are as described, BASIC : buttons aren’t meant to work, it’s just plug and play apparently. Also, mind the size of the jack, it’s rather big so you might need an adaptor of some sort according to another review but others say it works fine so it may depend on your com device. But considering the price you pay, I’m not disappointed for now.On a aesthetic/material side, they don’t feel cheap, they look nice, attach well to my helmet (Hanstrong Gear tactical helmet, which might to be from the same supplier as Atairsoft) and protect you from being shot in the ears.The specs indicate they’re not sound reducing/cancelling but they still “muffle” sound slightly, the same way your hands would if placed over your ears. Which is what I was looking for, as where I play airsoft some use “grenades” and the sound can hurt your ears if they explode close to you.So hopefully the com function does work for this review to be updated to a 5 star, but until then it’ll stay at 4.
