Stopped tracking location after 2 days
I liked this tracker until the app stopped updating the trackers location after two days of using it. The tracker itself works and the app recognizes it and updates the battery life, but it’s location hasn’t updated. It says the tracker has been in the same location for 5 days and I’ve been carrying it with me everywhere I go. I’ve reached out to customer service twice with no response.

Quality control??
I ordered 3 trackers at the same time. All 3 boxes had different contents. One box had the correct contents. The other 2 boxes looked like they were used by the company to store extra product. One out of 3 GPS trackers ordered is functional. I will be returning the other 2 boxes.I will install 1 device and see how it works. Hopefully, the equity of the device is better than the quality if packing.

DO NOT PURCHASE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, $16 DLLS MONTLY FEE.If I could give a zero, I will do it, worst customer service, as far as I understand they only have 1 representative named Joel, every time you place a inquiry it responde every 2 days, in my case my GPS stop working was not providing the location after 2 weeks of back and forward with Joel they send a replacement that did exactly the same thing it never display the location, but regardless if works or don’t they still charge you the monthly fee and they don’t offer to replace that money even if the product doesn’t do the main job, tracking. No that nobody has resolved the issue, you’re not even able to delete the account because the GPS you add to your account has not network connection.
