Worth the price, good customer support.
I bought these for flight training because of the bargain price. They worked great for my first flight, I could clearly hear my CFI and other traffic call outs. The volume is a tiny bit low but it doesn’t really affect communications. The noise reduction isn’t the greatest but it’s not that bad either considering the price. I still felt very comfortable with the noise level. These are a bargain for the price and the seller has been in constant contact to make sure everything is ok since my purchase which I really appreciate, I’m confident if any issues come up the seller will take care of them which is very reassuring.I also purchased the Spider Wireless Kneeboard and I’m very satisfied with that too, I’m pretty impressed with Spider Wireless. For people just starting flight training trying to save money Spider Wireless presents a great cost effective option. If anything should change I will update my review accordingly.

Good headset, mic problems.
Edit: updating to 5 stars. I reached out to the seller, and they sent me a replacement mic. Replacing the mic was super easy, and it instantly restored full mic sensitivity. Sorry for not updating sooner, seller. I’ve been using these happily for months now!I loved the headset, until I plugged in to the plane the first time and tried to talk to my instructor. I had to place the mic on my lips and shout into the microphone, and yet there were still dropped words. I was supposed to be starting my comms with ground and tower on this flight, but that’s now pushed back to another lesson.Still, the aux port played music perfectly and cut in and out with other radio chatter. The speakers are great! Plus, the headset was super comfortable, and you really can’t beat their price.

Microphone Failed but Received a Speedy Replacement
I have used this headset six times now and the first four times it worked fine, but the last two times (after having it for only two months) the microphone has proved to be quite faulty. I have tried it now on different days in different airplanes and the microphone keeps cutting out. Sometimes I will talk for ten seconds or more without the microphone catching me talking. I messed with it for a while, eventually taking off the cover to see if that helped (it did not). The headphone quality itself is decent, but they’re not Bose quality or anything.Update: After searching and emailing back and forth for a while I finally got a replacement mic piece that was easy to pop in. It was a slightly different size and shape than the original, but with the foam cover you wouldn’t know it. The problem, so far, seems fixed, so I have updated my rating accordingly. The hassle of the mic issue and the less-than-perfect headphone quality is why it doesn’t quite make the 5 star quality in my book. That being said, it’s a decent value versus the other ones on the market.

Great headset for the price
Got this headset for my brother. He is working on his pilots license in a warrior. He has been using my uncles old air force single prong headset with a split adapter so I figured I’d get him a new one. I tried this on an it feels great. Just the headset itself seems to block noise, and the mic boom is nice and sturdy. Maybe somebody can recommend a bluetooth adapter to pair with this? The carrying “case” is not a case, its a zip up bag. It’s okay but my brother already has one so thats just an extra. Overall not bad. I’ll update with his response on the output when he tries it out.

They don’t work
They worked a couple of times and the never worked again. Also, extremely tight. Made for a very small head. They are embarrassing to take with you for a guest. They are cheap and you get what you pay for.

Very good bang for your buck !
Just received this new headset to review. Looks very nice and feels well constructed, should last a long time. It’s very comfortable, specially the ear seals. They seal out noise without squeezing your head so they should be comfortable for long trips. It also has one of the more important things today, an integrated port to connect your iPad. No need to connect via Bluetooth, just plug in the included cable and you’re ready to go. Your passenger will love it on long flights so she can watch YouTube videos and movies if she gets tired of looking outside. With the installed volume control, you can adjust the aircraft intercom volume on the headset and adjust the volume of your iPad independent of each other. Now you can also get those obstacles or airspace warnings from your EFB apps like WingX or Garmin Pilot or FlightplanGO !!I’ll update after I fly with them and I’ll also get my student’s opinion of them.UPDATE on 10 APR 2019 :I flew yesterday in both my RV-8 airplane at 204 MPH and in my open cockpit AutoGyro MTO Sport at 75 MPH and in both it kept noise levels down, the intercom worked perfectly, and communications with ATC was great. I’ll recommend these headsets to my students and to my friends who are looking for something economical and don’t need ANR headsets.

Works great!
Works great. Had a problem at first with mic cutting in and out. Very quick and friendly customer service from “Echo” had me fixed in just a couple days. After he explained about two mic options depending on your needs, he sent new mic out immediately. Customer service is friendly and second to none. I would recommend this headset and company to anyone looking for a great headset for a good cost. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase! Thank you!

Great headset for GA use!
This head side provides an ample amount of sound quality. The knobs are easy to adjust the volume. Only wish it would’ve just been one rather than two for even sound balance. The passive noise cancellation is phenomenal with the ear foam. It can get uncomfortable at times which is why I opted into getting a cover for the ear cups. If not adjust properly, if can get uncomfortable for long usage and adjusting the headband is a hassle. Overall great headset for an introductory level of training. Very good price for its great performance!

Initially I wanted to compare it to David Clark because the tech chats, size, lighter weight and better details attracted me – would its performance be as good as its look.Well, it surprised me: soft and thicker ear pads insulate better. Along with the lightweight it makes glasses on your ears not as hurting on a long run.Adjustment for the size done easily by hand, no need a screw driver.Flexible mike shaft is stiff and has fixed positions with satisfaction clicks, and thus won’t shift away. Most important is an immediate voice activation – very responsive, no need to repeat because it didn’t transmit on the first attempt, voice is clear, sound is clear, no noise.Sound is a bit different but very clear. You hear what’s being transmitted to the traffic in a different timbre then the conversation with a passenger – conversation is soft, smooth and clear. Also it comes with a good carrying bag that is protective and fancy (everything is in comparison).I put my DC away and flying with this one, it has AUX too. Let’s see how long it lasts.Update: it’s been a year and 130 hrs. Perfect.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.Allerdings ist der Lautsprecher im Heaadset beim Senden stumm….das stört nicht unbedingt so sehr, weil man ja weiĂź, was man sagt.

I’m sure there’s better out there but my son said they work really well. He’s studying to be a pilot and flying 3 times per week.
