Nice old time aviator accessory kit
This old time aviator accessory kit will be a great addition to my son’s pilot costume.The cap is very comfortable, and lined with a soft, warm, fuzzy material. There are two snaps in order to adjust the fit, but the smallest setting was too small for him. He is a thin 6 year old. The cap has a pair of goggles sewn into the cap at the back. It is possible to wear them, or scootch them up on top of the cap, but not to remove them without cutting the elastic. The goggles are easy to see through and comfortable. The lenses are tinted yellow. The tiny pocket on the side of the cap is big enough to hold a round tracking device made by a big company. The snap is not functional, but the device can be pushed all the way to the bottom without worrying about it falling out with regular use.The scarf is a decent quality costume fabric that is not scratchy, and long enough to drape all the way around his neck. I’m not sure if it is actually functional as a neck warmer, though.The gloves are nice enough, and made to fit multiple size hands. They are a little big for him right now, but not so big he can’t use his hands. The material is thin and stretchy. And I don’t know why it amused me, but the shaping paper inside the gloves was very pretty, too.All in all, it’s a great accessory kit.

More costume perfection
My kiddo wanted a really obscure costume this year, the gloves and goggles from this are perfect. I had to detach the goggles from the helmet but that didn’t matter to my daughter!

Perfect!
This is an absolutely excellent set of costume pieces. The faux leather helmet with “shearling” lining is very convincing and looks just like the ones you see in movies with vintage pilots. The little snap pocket in the helmet is a nice touch. The goggles are also perfect for the look. They can either be warn up on the helmet or pulled down over the eyes. The scarf is generously sized, so you can wrap it around a couple of times and still have the daring look of the ends blowing in the wind. The gloves are fine. This is a great look to spark a child’s imagination. Perfect to complete an Amelia Earhart costume for Halloween or Women’s History month at school.

Plastic smell
The goggles have a strong plastic smell and they are sewn on, so we can’t remove them. This is a dealbreaker for us, it makes the house stink. The quality looks and feels okay, but the hat is sitting in the garage so it won’t make the house smell. Not useful.

Comfortable and Well-Made
This aviator hat is just the cutest! The fit is great—not too tight, but snug enough that it stays on during play. My grandchildren absolutely love it and immediately started zooming around pretending to fly airplanes. It’s soft and comfortable, so they actually enjoy wearing it for long stretches of time (which isn’t always the case with dress-up items!). The material feels nice and holds up well even after a lot of play. It’s such a fun piece to add to our costume and pretend play collection—adorable, practical, and full of imagination. Highly recommend

Danny Go Hat for the Win
This comes with everything you see, a scarf, gloves and the aviator hat. I did not get this for a costume and did not open the scarf or gloves. This was a Danny Go hat for my 4yo daughter and she LOVES it. It’s well made and comfy and I’m sure will be worn every day. I was a little worried it would be cheap and thin like you would expect a Halloween costume to be. Its a fur lined “pleather” and the goggles can pull down to be used. The strap can hang unsnapped so it can be worn like Danny Go. I not only recommend it I will be buying a couple more for her friends. 5 stars for the hat alone.

Super fun for pretend play or halloween!
My little aviator is pretty stoked–he’s been reading a lot about WWI (to each one’s own) and this is definitely Flying Ace material! The goggles do come off, but the lenses come out of the ‘leather’ seating pretty easily–they’re equally easy to pop back in. Fits well and there are two snaps on the chin strap–the larger fits his giant, round 8-year-old melon well. Should hold up well to the inevitably rainy Halloweens we have here in Washington.

Durable, good quality and value priced
Aviator hat and googles were fun to gift to grandson. He loves to cosplay and they fit him like a glove. Great value for him to dream about being a pilot. The materials used to make these pieces were durable and good quality. The value price was right.
