Solid replacement ear coushins
I’ve been using these for a couple of months now. I haven’t replaced my ear cushions for a few years and did not notice how much of a difference it really made. The cockpit is much quieter and I have had zero issues so far. I wear my headset multiple hours a day, multiple times a week as a commercial pilot and these seem to be still holding up. Cheaper than what you would find at Bose as well.

Great Replacement, I can hear ATC again!
I needed to refresh my headset and get new Ear pads as my old OEM ones were beginning to flake off. These are perfect and have renewed the noise cancellation that I didnt even realize had diminished

A must for frequent flyers
Keep an extra set on hand if you fly the A20s like I do. Upwards of 5+ flight hours a day with my headset on, I schedule replacement of the cups annually. Going on 3 years in the Louisiana heat and humidity and fresh seals on my bald improve the function of the ANC. These are soft, easy to install and worth the expense to keep the A20s functioning.

Work great. Not quite as thick as the original A20 earmuffs, but they are certainly OEM, so maybe Bose made a change.
