digital gift card does not work
I ordered a digital e-gift card for someone’s birthday. They received the message to access it, but every time they tried to redeem it, they were redirected back to the Amazon homepage with an error message. The gift card was never accessible.I contacted Amazon support and was told to wait 24–48 hours, but there was no resolution. In the end, I asked for the gift card to be canceled and just sent the person money so they could purchase it themselves.Very disappointing experience with no real solution. Save yourself the time and hassle—just buy a gift card in-store instead of ordering a digital one here.

When choosing the option of sending link through phone number the link was invalid.Resending gift card through email I had no issue with the link. Hopefully this helps.

DO NOT BUY
I bought two of these gift cards as Christmas presents and neither of them work. I have been on the phone with Amazon customer service, which by the way, the number is not easy to find, nor is requesting for a phone call. They assured me that they fixed the issue and were sending me new links to my email and phone number which i never received. I AM SO FRUSTRATED, just give me my money back.. ugh

Love Dutch Bros!
Not sure why others seem to be having issues with their digital cards. My order was processed and delivered to me promptly. I did not experience any issues with the link to the card itself and was able to load the funds to my Dutch Bros account via the mobile app. Now off to Dutch Bros to redeem!

Don’t Buy from Amazon
Don’t buy. Didn’t work. Amazon customer service couldn’t help me figure out why my sister couldn’t download her card which was a Xmas gift. So embarrassing. Link sent to her wouldn’t open. Error message. She 4 Amazon reps in 24 hours couldn’t help figure it out. Finally decided to buy from the Dutch Bros website directly.

These gift cards do not work. I bought three of them for xmas gifts. None of them work at Dutch Bros. I would like my money back so that I can go directly to Dutch Bros and purchase
