Return Tips
NOTED: We recommend you keep the inserted SD Card as we’ll send you the replacement unit without the SD card. Please kindly check and save your important files, when you receive the replacement unit, please insert the SD card after you’ve successfully paired EBO with your phone. In this way, you should be able to check and manage all the previous files via ROLA APP. If you send back the EBO with an SD card inserted, we’ll send you the replacement unit with an SD card as well (no files). We’ll format the SD card and clean up all the data if you return it to us. Enabot is not responsible for the loss of data caused by the user. We will acquiesce that you agree to this statement if you return EBO.

Fun, cheap and gets the job done well
I love this little robot. It’s amazing. Smaller than I thought but gets the job done properly. Sometimes I get “battery running low” alerts but it’s like half way so I just ignore it. Still performs well. I now put it on sleep when it’s out of its charging station. Tied a toy to it and it was great. Night vision is clear but you can’t activate it. It does it on its own. Sound qualiflty is great but veries by your connection. Easy to set up

Awesome Product!
My dog absolutely LOVES this robot! I love it so I can keep an eye on him while out of the house. He thinks it’s a toy and chases it all over the house. He now thinks it another chew toy so yes I’ll be buying replacement treads soon. Best money I spent and I have so much fun watching him chase it around the house when home. Great purchase if your dog will like it and you use it properly as something positive / toy.

my favorite way to annoy my boyfriend while i’m at work
I work night shift and i used this little robot multiple times every shift just to check in and annoy my boyfriend. i’m obsessed with it. it has amazing camera quality and the night vision is great too. once you figure out how the steering works, it’s super easy and fun. i love talking to my pets through it too while they’re are home alone and being able to visually check in on them.

Such a joy
It’s so fun to drive this thing around the house. The camera quality is very good in well lit areas, it has night vision. You won’t be filming a movie with it so no need to upgrade to 4K just for picture quality. Charges via USB 5V 2A it comes with a power brick. It would be nice to have the base station use type c so I can get to choose the cable length I wanted. Uses 2.4G Wifi. It was a bit hard to have the QR code (for wifi connection) register in the first place, it would be better if we could first connect the device and then set the wifi that way. I couldn’t get “SE QR code” to run so I selected Air on the app and then the QR code worked.If you have thick carpets the robot cant climb them easily you have to do some tricks to climb up the carpets once it is on the carpet it can go pretty fast.I’ve had hours playing with my nephew and my cat and battery is long lasting. There are some tricks you can do like spin etc.It doesn’t have laser or anything so it is mostly a cute security camera on wheels. It doesn’t flip the weight is focused at the bottom so even if you fall down it is back on it’s feet.Finding the base station function is not super smart it just basically wanders around until it finds the base station so make sure you “park” the device close to it’s base station to ensure it gets charged when you are done playing with it.Range is dependent on your wifi signal.The only issue I had is reconnection issue after a power outage. I can’t seem to get it connected again without a full reset. This worries me if I’m gone for a long period and the power goes out how will I ever restore connection. Thats why the 4 stars.If you really want this to be toy you can consider the ones with laser or feather attachment.

Great little device. Connected easily, and works very well on wood floor and low pile rug. The goto charging station (once you are close to it) works great!! Fantastic feature!Great for checking on the house, and the cat. And fantastic for finding cat toys under furniture!!

Fun robot with a camera to watch the pets and spy on family with
Saw a video of a couple where the spouse was using this. He sees an amazon package and says, I thought you were done christmas shopping, and he tries to use the robot to see what it is. The wife comes in and says time for air jail and he does a wheelie trying to get the robot away from her. It’s cute and funny and it got someone wanting this little robot.It is fun. The dog does not care for it. They will take their nose and knock it around rolling it over. If the robot gets smacked, it wobbles right back upright.The bot does have problems going over edges for like a rug. So go up the rug at an angle instead of head on.It can loose signal between rooms from the wifi. Not a very strong connection for the little thing. It has troubles getting a signal through the wall and can disconnect sometimes.If you want to chat with the bot, it makes you switch screens between the video and chat functions. The video shows up in a tiny window on your phone, so it might be hard to navigate complex images when you are trying to steer.

Worth it! Every elder needs this!
For ur elder parents: dad has recently been diagnosed with cancer and in wheelchair, mom worries nonstop.. I bought this so she could keep an eye on him where ever he is! Worked out perfect. Now she’s on her phone watching him excessively… they are fun and I personally like to torment the dogs with it! 🤣 they are size of a softball and hearing what they say could have a delay or if hard of hearing might have a problem having a conversation. It was worth every penny!
