The Gator Cases GTSA series tool pallet cases are constructed of solid, military grade polyethylene plastic and are built to protect your tools from damage. The exterior of the GTSA series tool pallet case feature a newly designed TSA approved locking latch protected by impact diversion housings. A comfort grip, ergonomically designed injection molded handle provides optimum comfort during transport. The exterior of the GTSA tool pallet case is designed with a black powder coated continual valance, adding style and structural strength to the cases design. The interior of the GTSA-UTLPLT1813 consists of 2 removable standard tool pallets and a 4” layer of foam on the bottom of the case. The GTSA-UTL1813 utility case interior dimensions are Interior Length: 20” Interior Width: 15” Interior Height: 9” and can be used for tools such as screw drivers, plyers, wrenches, and other tools for techs. Fits Allen & Heath SQ-6
This case is super light-weight but still strong. Even though the measurements a slightly smaller than the SQ-6 spec dimensions, the mixer fits perfectly, front-to-back, and leaves about 5 inches left to right. You will need some spare foam to put over the faders to keep the mixer from moving during transporting it vertically. This case is a very secure, less expensive, and much lighter alternative to anvil-style cases.

I know you checked the dimensions before ordering, but take note.This thing is massively larger than you think it is. and Unrealistically heavy.Absolutely useless as a tool case. Trunk, maybe. Can’t see lugging this around day to day.

I like the TSA latch lock. I don’t like that you have to lean the box to support it from plipping backwards when you open, you have to make sure the bottom unit is loaded or lean the back for support.

Good Product, with an exception
I like the tool box, pallets are nice, and the design is solid. The only thing that is disappointing to me is that it’s lined with cloth. I’ve carried a tool kit like this for over 20yrs, and sometimes the get dirty – you know oily or what not. Being cloth lined it I’m concerned it will be a challenge to clean up a mess. However if I were carrying something sensitive equipment in the bottom – it would be great for that (and I’d appreciate the lining more), especially with the 2 layers of foam that fill the bottom for shipping.

Got this to fit my bass head in and works brilliantly. Light weight but tough,the pluckablenfoam stuff is great.
