Great replacements! Fly good, don’t suck.
These replacement ear pads are awesome! I’m borrowing a pair of Clarks from a friend and of course the ear pads are a little worn after typical use. Still perfectly serviceable but these look fresher and feel softer on my head. I’d say they’re almost exactly like original DK pads and fit very well.

Ensure tight fit. They’re better than the original ones. They are comfortable, super soft and mold around the side of your head to form a sound blocking fit.

This review is for the Gel Earpad Cushions for David Clark Aviation Headsets. These gel filled earpads are replacements for a number of listed David Clark headsets. My old headset wasn’t listed in the ad, but it fit mine very well. Mine was the DC H10 66n, an old headset whose ear pads had lost all the gel filling. It was a bit tight installing them, but in the end, they fit well and securely. Mine is not a noise cancelling headset, so the ear seal becomes extra important to keep the ambient noise levels out of you ears. I immediately noticed the increased comfort and noise reduction using the Yaherik brand ear pads. They are priced below what it would cost to buy a authentic DC gel earpad. If they last as long as an original, I feel it would be a good value. Only time will tell, but so far, they look good.
Sensible –
These gel earpads are extremely soft and comfortable. They are more comfortable than the original earpads because the gel squishes to fit where the originals were just foam. The surface has a similar plastic appearance, but they end up feeling much cooler because of the gel.They fit fine on the ASA HS-1, although they take a bit of work to fit them in place. The instructions provide the useful suggestion of using a pry bar, which makes it much easier to slide the lip of the new earpads around the groove in the headset.
