Excellent On-Ear Option for Conference Calls
I’ve been able to use this Jabra Evolve 20 SE headset over the past couple of weeks for conference calls. It’s been a pleasure to use. It’s very light and comfortable for all-day use. Connectivity-wise, this is a wired headset, which was fine for my purposes. I was able to use it to connect directly to my laptop via USB-C (the headset also connects via USB-A), and setting it up for use via Windows was seamless. Sound quality is very good for listening to music and for calls. The microphone works perfectly. The included controller allows you to pick up / hang up, control volume, and mute calls, making it very convenient to use, and it works perfectly with Teams. It’s well-made, from good materials, and the fit and finish are excellent. Jabra is a major headset brand; they have a comprehensive web presence and great support.

Great Sound Quality & Handy Controls – Great for Working From Home & Gaming!
I never really understood why people went out of their way to buy headsets with a clickable control area until I got this one. Now I can’t imagine using anything else! The clicker lets you mute, answer calls, and adjust the volume without clicking away from whatever you’re working on, which is super convenient. The headset fit’s a bit big but still really comfortable, even when I’m wearing earrings, and it’s nice and light so I can wear it all day without any discomfort. I love that it connects via both USB-A and USB-C, making it super versatile for different devices. I’ve been using it for gaming, Discord calls, and wfh meetings and the sound quality is great! Everything sounds clear and crisp on both ends and the microphone picks up my voice perfectly, with no muffled sound. The noise cancelling is good too, which is a big help when I’m working from home and want to block out background noise. The build quality feels solid and well made with nice materials. This is my first product from Jabra, and I’m really happy with it. They’re a well known brand which gives me confidence in my purchase. Overall, this headset makes working and gaming so much easier and more enjoyable & it’s a great value!

Great call quality but not very breathable
Great call quality. It eliminates room echo entirely which is the reason I needed them. The fit is comfortable enough but they’re a little tight on my big head. That could be the reason they aren’t very breathable for me and gets hot. But they do a good job of blocking out noise as a result. The control puck is a nice touch but could use a magnet on the underside so I can stick on my metal desk frame. Also love that the connector can be other USB or USBC. Very thoughtful.

Has good mic and speaker
It has good quality and works well. The speaker is clear, and the microphone has strong quality too. It’s comfortable, with a soft cushion around the speaker. It’s easy to use and install, and the functionality is great. Based on the price, it offers good value. Totally, I like it, and it looks gorgeous and adorable.

A bit too much trebble. Controls are too big. Comfortable to wear.
The headset produced a bit too much trebble and I would have liked it with more base. Music videos sounded trebble but the unit is fine for phone calls and teleconferences. My head was a bit bigger than average so the headset felt a bit tight but that’s because my head is a bit larger. The controls are too big. I would have prefered smaller controls since I intend on using this headset to travel and the existing controls are too heavy on the cord if you are wearing the headset on an airplane and the cord would be dangling. I would have given it 5 stars if there was more base and if the controls were smaller.

This is my 3rd pair. I use these pretty much every day for quite a few hours 6 days a week. It’s important to me to have a good sound quality for my calls. I also have a JBL wireless set and the sound is very tinny. Another set, the sound is very hollow, and the timbre is off. This one is reasonably priced. I just wish they came with a protective carrying case so I don’t keep breaking them.
