Excellent kit
My 13 year old has been a Lego kid as long as I can remember. They usually build quickly and love that Lego now also makes these not so little kid sets. This one actually took them a little bit to build and was a different kind of challenge. It’s also really cool how it moves once built

Fun build for the price
I eagerly waited for the shipment for this kit only to have it either not properly delivered by USPS or it was stolen. After purchasing it from another retailer, I got to building it as soon as I could. This is the kind of build I like. It was not difficult, but you have to pay attention to placement of pieces otherwise, this will not flap. It is very satisfying getting to the final stage of setting the fabric wings and pulling the “trigger” to activate the movement. Even mini da Vinci is fun because he holds his quill and hand drawn sketch of said build. Highly recommend, especially for those that bought Mona Lisa.

Amazing Value
This is amazing tribute to Da Vinci and aviation. The build was short and sweet, fun to mess with once built, and makes for a very tasteful display. I love it.Also I love that LEGO is doing more affordable black-box sets, especially in the $50 range. The big sets are great, but who has the money, time, and space to display them? This is perfect.
