Customers say

Customers find the headset’s sound quality good, with one mentioning it blocks out background noise effectively, and they appreciate its functionality and value for money. The comfort and fit receive mixed feedback – while some find it comfortable and well-fitting, others say it’s uncomfortable for long-term use and too tight for average-sized heads. The price to quality to value is a steal of a deal!!!
Simply… GET THESE!Why?- Audio quality (speaking) is SUPERB! Bought these to use in a truck while driving and the sound quality is spot on! People could hear me clearly and not the engine or background noise at all, so the noise cancelling works!- Audio quality (music) is again, AMAZING! I had the phone they were plugged into set to Bluetooth for sound inside the cab. When the call ended, the music came back on and I couldn’t believe how loud, clear and surround sounding it was and then I realized, “Wow, these are these little speakers!”- Headphone build. At first, taking them out of the package, I thought they would be too small and for a child, but I was wrong. They expand and fit over the head nicely, with so much room (and I have a size 7 15/16 hat size) and these fit over my baseball cap with room on top of that. I usually prefer, stereo (both ears) over the ear cups vs. earbuds (I’ll never buy Bluetooth earbuds, ever), these cups sit over the ear opening and I swear, on more than one occasion, I didn’t even know I was wearing them. These are that light to wear, they don’t “clamp” your head (my G432 are a bit snug) and the cover your earhole perfectly and with a good seal. Oh, and the boom mic… Flexible and doesn’t droop. Omni directional (left or right sided) and the mic arm has a flex (not fixed) design that you can further rotate, bend and adjust to exactly where you like it near your mouth and face).- Cellphone compatibility. I am using an Android based Motorola phone so I needed a 3.5mm audio jack so again, these were perfect for that. The cord length is simply perfect at 7.6 ft / 2.3 m and my mic does NOT have a foam baffle for protection from p/g/f sounds. I chose the leatherette version as opposed to the foam ear coverings and perhaps that model matches with a wind and noise foam protector on the mic head. I’m sure I could always add one if it were to be an issue, but so far, EVERYONE who has spoken with me said that I sound like broadcast quality, like my Yet Blue Mic and G432 both.Again, for this price you would be CRAZY not to try these!!!

    Comfortable, good mic, adequate sound.
I purchased these for a Nintendo Switch. I wanted something light, with a good mic. I trust the brand, and the price point was perfect. I am pleased with the sound quality for the game Fortnite, and all teammates have said the sound quality is good enough to hear me, and understand what I am saying. These are plastic, and the mic can be moved up an down and is also flexible. The ear pieces are labeled left/right, so when sounds in the games are directional, they work. There is NO mic on/off button or switch, so keep this in mind. The cord is not super long, but is Ling enough to put the switch down on a countertop, and prepare food at the counter. I wish it was MUCH longer so it would reach my recliner while the switch was being used at the TV, but the cord is not that long. I will be getting a second pair to have on hand.

    Too tight
Too tight on average size head, otherwise works fine.

    Not Very Comfortable
These were great for noise cancellation and sound quality, but were really uncomfortable on the ears. They’re marketed as being great for long-term use, but my ears were extremely sore after a 10 minute phone call.

    Nice Headset for Small Heads
This is a nice headset, but it would best fit students or folks with a smaller head. I like the padded earpieces better than only the felt found on other Logitech headsets. The sound quality and microphone work great with my laptop for online meetings and phone calls. (I prefer the 3.5mm jack vs. USB connection.) There is no noise cancellation or volume control. It would be nice if it had a clip to pin to your collar while wearing, and a longer cord. All in all, I recommend this headset if you’re looking for an inexpensive headset.

Microphone absolute garbage. Max is under 10% of range.
The microphone is absolutely awful. It barely picks anything up even when right up against my mouth. Further away and it just gets worse. Windows has a volume tester and it makes it to maybe 6%. My other microphone, which isn’t rubbish, makes it easily to 100% if I get a bit loud. These also hurt my ears after a bit and the wire is a bit short.Really terrible.

    Such Value for the Money
I previously owned the version with the foam ear cushions. I had it for a long time, but after 18-24 months of daily use, the foam ear cushions were no-more. It developed another issue too, but I was never very gentle with it.So I thought I’d try this version with the “leather” ear cushions. Seems so nice, so far. Great product for the money. After another week or two, I’ll probably buy another as a backup. It’s the kind of product that I’ll always want to have. Phone conversations are so clear as a result of the nice rotating microphone boom.
