Measure more than just the chest 🙂
Really cute, though I think I should’ve ordered a size larger lol. For my ~70lb GSD I bought a large since i went off her chest size. It fits, but very snug. Because it’s stretchy, I think it’s still okay for her. It’s snug, but not too tight. She can still move and ruin around with no complaints or issues.

The material is soft and stretchy. Pattern and color are exactly as described. I returned the 3x because the legs were way too long. The XL is a perfect length but a bit tight on her chest. She doesn’t seem to mind though. She was a happy hippo when we put them on her. She pranced around and then fell right to sleep.

Very Pleased & Ziva Love’s It. UPDATED Review & More Pics
UPDATE: it’s a little over 7 months since I purchased this for my girl. It did get blood on it from one of her surgical sites. I put Clorox 2 directly on the area then washed on normal wash in cold water. Stain came out. It still is vibrant in color. I have dried it in both the dryer on low heat and on a hanger it over the back of a kitchen chair. It dries overnight without any issues. It’s been washed and dried multiple times. There has been no issues with the elastic around the back end either. Has not lost shape or elasticity at all. I’ve also had no issues with seams coming apart like some of the other reviews have mentioned. She absolutely loves these. She has never fought me putting them on her. In fact I can report that I do quite a bit of stretching on that back end elastic getting her back legs through. Still no issues with it. I did purchase another one that I reviewed and updated too. Even added some new pics. Already have my eye on a couple new prints in the seller’s store. 8/25/23Very pleased with this pj for my girl Ziva. First a little info on Ziva. Medium Size Australian Labradoodle weighing 50lbs and in these pics she has very long curly hair. It looks snug but is not and once she’s groomed it’ll be a little roomier too. I did not measure anything. I went strictly by size and pictures it showed of a labrador retriever wearing it. Wasn’t worried about the legs being too long. In my pics the legs are not stretched down as far as they will go. I wanted to leave room for movement. I bought this to use as she is still recouping from surgery on her right rear hip and right front armpit. She has stitches in both spots and did ok the first couple days postop but then started licking everything. We only had 1 other pj with 4 legs. So I ordered this one. I definitely prefer it to the cotton tshirt like material of the old one. This is very soft and stretchy like it may have some spandex in it. Tho I don’t know if it does or not. I didn’t look to see what it’s made of. The colors are bright and I love this print on her. I have another one coming from the same company but it hasn’t arrived yet. I’ve given it 5 stars but this is the first time she’s worn it and it has not been washed yet. I’ve had no issue with the elastic around the back legs and belly as some have mentioned. Not yet anyway. I do really like the way it hugs though in the rear. I also like the higher collar on it. Her old one doesn’t come up the neck at all and leaves her chest exposed. This one does not have either of those issues. So far so good.

Slight misfit in tail area
This is a very lovely dog outfit, and it’s definitely cute. Good fit for the most part. However, the little drawback is that when my dog has her tail down or takes a nap, the back end slips over the whole back area over the tail, which in turn makes her unable to wag her tail, get down the stairs or walk, comfortably. I had to repeatedly pull it forward. 🙁

We bought a large and they were too long on the legs and a little big on the body for our micro bully, but our Bordeaux mastiff American bully cross wear them and I just fold the legs up a little bit for her. They are fantastic quality, and really soft. I would say they’re as close to a baby onesie as you could get.

Everything about these onsies is perfect. Been in my wish list for at least a year but finally spotted an amazon voucher discount and jumped all over it. They are worth full price but I am poor. The design is a great fit across a muscular chest and around a super thick scruff, but amazingly slim fitting enough around my particular pittie mix’s little weasel behind. I bought an XL for my 35kg labrador sized golden boy. I shall be working extra hours in order to purchase more and more of these in each adorable design (can you please make a red with white snowflake Christmas design please thank you!). Worth their weight in controlled shedding (!!) and my not needing to hoover the entire house daily and launder my bedding excessively frequently anymore due to dog hair. And my black car interior is so thankful! PS, he doesn’t seem to mind them either which I suppose is important 🙂

Got this for my dog and it was the only largest size one that actually fit my dog. I would say it’s a little too big but can be rolles up on the sleeves.
