Decent Set
This set really fell in the middle for me. The fabric is quite thick and retained heat during my workout, which made it feel warmer than I prefer. That said, the material itself didn’t feel scratchy or cheap, just heavier than my personal preference.The bra straps are on the thinner side and didn’t provide the level of support I was hoping for, so I ended up wearing my own sports bra instead. I’ll likely reserve this one for more casual use, like lounging. I’m a 36DDD, so I need a sturdier bra in general that is meant for high impact, this is more “casual yoga” vibes.All pieces in the set are made from the same material, a very stretchy 93% nylon and 7% spandex blend. I would say the fit is true to size, but the butt scrunch seam didn’t create a particularly lifting or flattering effect compared to higher-compression styles I’ve tried.It’s still a cute set, and the price point is excellent, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars overall. I personally prefer a thinner, higher-compression fabric, but if you tend to run cold or work out in a cooler gym environment, this could be a great set to invest in.

Opaque material but rolls when moving
I’m 5’5” and approx 180 lbs with a short torso and every time I bend or sit down, the bottom of the bra rolls up. The waistband on the bottoms also roll down when bending or sitting. The band at the top squeezes the waist making my midsection stand out so I definitely have to wear the bottoms with an oversized shirt.These are really the only cons I have about this set.I LOVE how thick the material is without them being overly warm. They pass the squat test! I also love the cinching n the booty that gives the appearance of a lift. The overall style and quality of the set is great. Maybe if I were slimmer I wouldn’t have the rolling issue, but I’m guessing these are better for those that are more toned than I am.This set is worth every penny if they don’t roll on you.
