Customers say
Customers find the headset provides good sound quality, with one noting clear high frequencies, and appreciate its comfort compared to more expensive alternatives. Moreover, the product offers great value for money and receives positive feedback for its build quality. However, the functionality and noise cancellation receive mixed reviews – while some say it works right out of the box, others report the microphone stops working after two months, and while some find the noise cancellation effective, others experience static issues. Additionally, durability is a concern, with multiple customers reporting the headset breaking after nine months of use.

Great Sounding Headset
The overall size and bulk of the Headset is middle of the road. Not too big, but not as slimline as other headsets. I like the flexibility of it. The earpieces rotate to fit over the ears perfectly and the boom mic rotates so that you can reverse the Headset so the mic extends from the left or the right side. Overall, the Headset is very comfortable to wear. The sound is chrystal clear for me and for the person on the other end of the line. A big improvement over my last Headset.I also like that you can use the in-line control pad to adjust the volume, turn on/off the mute and start or end a call.I’ve only had the headset for a day, but my first impression is that it is very nice.

Comfortable and well made
Plugged into a USB port on my laptop and it worked immediately with little effort. The headset is comfortable to wear for those long conference calls and the sound quality is excellent. Compared to others I have used, the Plantronics seems well constructed and sturdy.

Mostly great headset. Mute could be better
Works great for the most part. I’ve been using it for almost a while year now for my remote job.Comfortable and great value for the money. Only thing I don’t like about it is that the headset’s mic doesnt truly “mute” when you toggle mute on from the switch on the headset. It reduces the input pickup by a lot, but isn’t a full mute. I have software at work that can detect how much sound is coming from the mic and with the mute toggled, it still picks up noise ever so slightly.

Great for Open Plan Offices
I’ve been using this headset since November, plugged into the audio on my laptop. I mostly use it for Teams and Webex. Sound quality is superior and it’s really good at blocking out the voices of the folks sitting around me. It’s so good, most of the folks in my office have purchased their own. The only drawback – and its minor, is that the cord is long and due to where the button sits on the cord, it basically rests in your lap. I have leaned into my desk and accidentally hung up on my call several times. Now I ensure the volume control/hang up button is resting on the desk while I work. Very minor, still a great headset!

Worst headset ever!!!
This is absolutely the worst headset I have ever purchased. I work from home and people and always telling me that I am breaking up and they sound distorted. I am positive it’s the headset because I have 4 of other kinds and never have that problem. Do not waste your money

Needed for Work
These were required for work and they work very well. They are good for noise cancelling and never had a problem with the microphone

Los mejores cascos en relación calidad/precio que he usado, si bien es cierto, que los uso exclusivamente para tele trabajar y hablar con clientes, su sonido para música y demás esta bastante conseguido.

This is a simple headset for the home office, so I went for a lower-priced model. The sound quality and the microphone are excellent – just what I am used to get from Plantronics. I can recommend this light, essential, decently-priced USB headset for regular home office use.

After lot of research, I choose this product. And its worth every single penny I paid.Best noise cancellation suppress everything in background.Cable quality good. Its durable.. this is the only reason I skipped poly 3220 and brought poly 3320.We dont care much about how we sound to others in meeting. But when others says your are not audible or there is background noise then it creates wrong impression. Also being over the ear headphone you can listen what others talking very clear and that helps.

I’ve been using only for 2 days, but so far so good.I have researched a lot before buying and considering the price, it’s a great choice!I still have my airpods for general use and Sony for greater noise cancelling, but I think Poly is the best option for work, due to comfort (using for several hours) and focus on sound and mic.
