Great brand-name | Poor QC
Great headset, though the noise canceling on two of the ones I purchased quit working after less than a year. I exchanged one of them and it also failed after a few months. Other than that, I love these headsets – I just haven’t had the best luck with quality. This seems to be limited as I have over a dozen users and only 2 have had this issue. Support to resolve this was impossible so I simply gave up.

Excellent range, good quality sound, mic works very well
I use this for collaborating with work colleagues through MS Teams calls. I’m on calls 9 – 11 hours a day and this headset is comfortable, light-weight, and holds the charge all day.Headset switches seamlessly between my laptop and my phone, and I’ve even been able to transfer a MS Teams call from my laptop to my phone without any issues.Range is really good, I can wander all over my house (up and down stairs, into the basement and the garage) without any issues. My observed range is about 75 feet over Bluetooth before audio starts to cut out; the range with the supplied receiver is closer to 90 feet.Would be nice if I could connect and disconnect from MS Teams calls, but I have been unable to make that feature work. Documentation says that feature is available, and there is a button on the headset, but it just doesn’t work for me. Not a big deal and I’m sure I’ll figure out how to make that work some day.Overall a great headset and, for this reviewer, money well spent.

A solid headset for account managers
Maybe a 3.5 – 4 star product. I find that it’s constantly disconnecting from my computer (using the USB dongle), but maybe it’s just me. Battery life is great. Sound quality is top notch. Great headset for those who spend a lot of time on the phone. And the zoom / teams integration are great!

I bought the Voyager 4320 UC with charge stand as a WFH accessory. I have a Focus 2 headset w/ the phone base at my office, and wanted a headset for my home office without the desk phone provision. The Focus 2 is more expensive, and I didn’t feel that I needed the noise cancelling earphone feature for working from home.The charge dock is great, and works with the 4320, and the Focus 2. I love that the 4320 has USB-C, as it’s easy to plug in and charge. The microphone boom is flexible, but holds its form. Battery life is awesome, and I use it to talk on my cell phone all the time.I wish that the mute button would activate the mute function in Zoom or Teams without using the BT700 bluetooth adapter, but it’s a nice receiver.

It works great close to the PC but the signal is interrupted easily by a single, nearby wood stud wall, a few feet away. It is comfortable to wear for extended periods

C’est la croix et la bannière pour le connecter. Je n’y arrive qu’une fois sur deux. J’ai fini par le ranger dans un placard et le remplacer par un casque USB.

Il fonctionne très bien, la pile est de très longue durée, je peux m’en servir pendant 2 jours de travail avec beaucoup de réunions Teams et la pile n’est pas encore déchargée. Il peut se connecter à la fois sur un PC et sur un cellulaire. J’ai téléchargé l’application Poly Lens qui me permet de voir l’état de la pile, de localiser le casque et d’autres fonctionnalités intéressantes. Il est très confortable aussi. Je suis vraiment contente de mon achat, ce casque d’écoute est vraiment de très bonne qualité, ça vaut la peine de payer un peu plus cher !
