Outstanding customer service
So my buddy has had this headphone for two years. We use them on a hunting trip. I got two more for myself and my son. They worked great. After a few days my mic went out. The one my son was using also began to not always transmit. We stopped using for the rest of the trip. It was a bummer and that is the only reason I did not give 5 stars. I called the company and someone answered the phone at 7 pm. They immediately apologized and were able to look up my order number and are immediately sending me two replacements. The fact that a person answered my call and immediately rectified my issue, I would not hesitate to do business with them again. Hopefully the new ones work like my buddies. We use them in layout blinds duck hunting and they are fantastic.

Get what you pay for.
It’s seems a little cheap… oh yeah the price reflects that. It works for paintball. I wear it under my mask. It mostly works, but it’s not really designed for that.

Performance vs comfortability
The mic and speakers are very clear. My com0laints with them is the head band is definitely undersized. Prolonged use is very uncomfortable as it tends to rub the speaker housing against your ear. Also the “pad” or “cup” material doesn’t look very well attached and is glued into place so replacing it would be not a easy option like other style headsets. The foam isn’t very well padded either. Over all performance and clarity its a great headset, comfortability is the big lacks here on this headset.

Good headset, bad mic
Out of the box everything looked fine but I had the same issue as some other people who recieved this product in that the nut that holds the boom mic to the ear piece snapped out with minimal effort. I was no longer able to attach the boom mic to the headset and even after 3d printing a new piece for the mic, it turned out that the connectors for the mic weren’t soldered properly and I was unable to transmit anything through it.I had contacted their customer support regarding this problem and at the time of this review its been 4 days with no response or acknowledgement that they had received my email.The headset sound quality is still excellent however and it fits nicely either way.tl;dr headset sounds nice but the boom mic doesn’t work and doesn’t attach to the headset easily.
