    A Reliable Home Security Solution
I’ve been using the Ring Indoor Cam for a few months now, and it’s become an essential part of my home security setup. Here’s why I’m impressed:**Picture Quality:** The video is crisp and clear, even in low light conditions. The night vision works surprisingly well.**Easy Setup:** Installation was incredibly straightforward. I had it connected to my WiFi and mounted within 10 minutes. The Ring app guided me through each step seamlessly.**Motion Detection:** The customizable motion zones are a game-changer.**Two-Way Audio:** The speaker and microphone quality exceeded my expectations. I’ve used it several times to check in on my kids. Compared to other security cameras with similar features, the Ring Indoor Cam offers excellent value.**Additional Info** It requires a constant power connection (no battery option), and you’ll need a subscription for video history beyond live viewing.**Overall:** This camera provides peace of mind at an accessible price point. Whether you’re monitoring pets, checking in on elderly family members, or just keeping an eye on your home, the Ring Indoor Cam delivers reliable performance. Highly recommended!

    Great quality
Love the cameras, they work perfect for keeping an eye on my Mom when I cannot be there. Has helped keep my Mom living in the home she loves.Picture quality is great, wide lenses to see the entire room. The camera is small so you do t really notice them in the room. Easy set up So far they have stayed connected to the WiFi so I have access all the time on my phone.

    Great for 24/7 video.
I recently bought this camera as backup for my existing Ring doorbell. While I already own a couple of outdoor Stick-Up Cams for that purpose, lack of available AC power means they all run on batteries and can’t utilize Ring Home Premium’s 24/7 recording (yes, even with solar panels that keep them fully charged). And unfortunately, motion detection just isn’t enough sometimes. In my case, relying on motion detection meant having no footage of a car getting stolen from directly in front of my house, or of the same thief going back and forth to a neighbor’s house after dumping another stolen car nearby. By the time the camera came on, there just wasn’t enough to tie the thief to the crimes. As a result, he still walks among us.I mounted this camera from the top of my living room window frame, facing outward, with audio recording turned completely off. While filming from inside impacts the video clarity, daytime footage is still more than adequate, especially in tandem with the doorbell. Nighttime footage ranges from OK to great depending on a few different factors. And the ability to highlight moments where motion is detected on the 24/7 feed is a huge, HUGE plus.A couple tips for anyone looking to use an indoor camera this way:1) Put the camera as close to the window as possible in order to avoid reflection. A couple third-party manufacturers make window mounts that are ideal for this purpose.2) Turn off night vision altogether, and if possible, keep the camera away from outdoor lights. This will reduce glare and greatly improve nighttime footage quality.3) Clean your windows. This sounds like a no-brainer, but you have no idea how dirty they are until you start filming through them.

Good Features but Zoom Quality Not as Sharp as Advertised
I purchased this camera mainly for the advertised Retinal 2K video and overall smart features. Setup was straightforward, and I like the real-time motion alerts and the ability to use Live View with two-way talk. The low-light color feature works well when there’s some ambient light, and the privacy lens cover is a nice touch for peace of mind. However, I was expecting sharper picture quality based on the product description. While the video is decent and perfectly usable for monitoring, it doesn’t appear as crisp or detailed as I anticipated, especially when trying to use the 4x zoom where the image tends to lose clarity. It still performs reliably for general security monitoring, but if you’re expecting extremely sharp, high-definition detail, you may find it a bit underwhelming.Overall, it’s a solid, easy-to-use camera with good features, but the video sharpness didn’t quite meet my expectations.

    Great Camera!
Just received this Ring camera and because I already had a Ring account, it was so easy to set up. The picture quality is great as is the sound. Much better than using the Nanny Cam I was using. I like being able to view my disabled brother on my phone wherever I am.

    Nice little camera for home
This thing is deceivingly small (about size of your palm), but works well. Also works in low light.App makes it easy to name them, set motion zones and has option to turn off audio recordings.Good for indoor use and can mount on wall or ceiling too (or stand on counter).Comes with a shutter to close off lens too if you want to.

    needs a hardwired switch
Setup was simple. All my Ring cameras seem to stay connected and rarely cause any issues. Picture is clear at the cost of taking more of your wifi bandwidth. I wish there were hardwired switches to turn off audio and/or video. The sliding door only covers the lens.

    Good camera
This camera was easy to set up, works well and has many features, some through a subscription. I was disappointed in the quality and clarity of night vision. I think they need to work on improving the night vision feature to make this a much better camera.
