    Amazing for NASCAR races
I did a lot of shopping and comparing of different ear protection things. I compared the headset you can rent at the races to these on many levels. I personally think these are better. The sound was crystal clear and I had no problems hearing my driver talk with his crew chief and spotter. I have extremely sensitive ears and these provided the ear protection I needed.

    They work great.
I used them for the first time at Bristol Motor Speedway (short track) and they were great for the scanner and noise cancelation. I’ve already recommended to two of my friends and they bought them for Charlotte.

    Works well
Very good sound so you hear the sound well. Noise canceling is above average.

    High Quality for the Price!
High Quality. My 6 year old uses it at the track to Monitor the drivers radios while dad works on the racecar. Good noise reduction from outside sound, while clear audio transmissions can be heard! Good build with removable cable and the ear cup volume control!

A little quiet, but great headphones
While the volume was slightly quieter than similar headphones, it wasn’t enough to detract from the overall build quality. I particularly appreciate the removable cord from both a storage and handling perspective. I plan in ordering a second set, as well as one with a microphone, in the future for IMSA and other races.

Excellent Scanner Headphone for Indy 500
After purchasing the Uniden BC125AT scanner, I needed some headphones for my 8-year old son and I to listen to the race chatter for this year’s Indy 500. These headphones were an excellent choice! The only additional piece I had to purchase separately was a headphone splitter so we could both listen together. The over-the-ear design did an excellent job of blocking out the engine sounds so we could enjoy the frequency broadcast. However, I will point out that we were sitting in NW Vista with no overhang and we had the volume on the scanner and headphone cranked all the way up. Therefore, if using in grandstands that have an overhang where the engine noise is amplified, I would definitely recommend a volume booster. But overall, I would recommend these headphones for use at a racetrack.

Need a small wrench to make to fit
I did not like that a wrench needed to be used to loosen the screw to tighten or loosen the head piece. Should be a thumb screw. If there was another way of doing it, I could not figure out as there was no direction Manuel with it.
