Nice EDC light
This light is pretty nice. Great size for EDC and having the rear switch is a great mechanical lockout so it doesn’t turn on accidently or have to fiddle with a electronic lockout. The UI is okay I don’t care for the strobe, sos, beacon modes and have accidentally activated it a few times on accident when trying to change brightness levels. Other than that it is nice and bright and has a pretty throwy beam with the tir lens. I was worried the sst40 might have a bad green tint but doesn’t seem to bad. Battery life seems good with the included 18650 and build quality is solid. Build in USBc makes it convenient for charging. Over all happy with it.

Perfect, Incredibly Bright & Durable, Tactical Flashlight
I got this Sofirn SP31 to replace an old Wurkkos I had that stopped working. I’ve been using it every day for a couple of weeks now, and am pleased to report that I’m extremely happy with my purchase.Here’s why I say that:Pros—–* Incredibly bright, providing a tremendous amount of true white (no blue or green tinge) light* You can easily switch between four different brightness levels using a dedicated button. You can also activate an even dimmer mode, moonlight, by pressing the power and brightness buttons at the same time.* LED on the brightness/mode button indicates how much battery life is left. Green = 70% to 100% full. Red = 60% to 30% full. Blinking red = Less than 30% full. How cool is that?* I haven’t had a chance to fully run the battery down yet, but battery life seems incredible so far. The instruction manual says that it should last 550 hours on moonlight, the absolute lowest setting. I look forward to testing this when I have the time.* VERY solid build quality of aluminum; it feels like it should last darned near forever, assuming you take care of it.* USB C charging. It can charge its own 18650 battery, meaning that you don’t have to keep a dedicated lithium battery charger around if you don’t want to.* Really comfortable, convenient size to carry in one hand.* Comes with a sturdy pocket clip to make it easy to tuck it into shirt or pants pocket, or attach to a backpack.* Environmentally friendly/green, because it uses a standard 18650 lithium battery that can be easily replaced. Unlike many tactical flashlights today, you don’t have to throw the whole flashlight away when the battery inevitably wears out.* Comes with a USB A to USB C charging cable, in case you don’t already have one. This wasn’t strictly necessary, but was a really nice touch.* Comes with a genuinely useful and informative instruction manual, which is nearly unheard of these days. Great job, guys!Cons—–* I normally try to list at least one problem or issue that I have with an item, but I’m really struggling here. This little Sofirn SP31 is probably the most perfect tactical flashlight that I’ve ever used. No complaints.

Great All Around
I’ve been using the light for about three weeks now. My go-to flashlight for years has been the Thrunite TC12 V2, and the SP31V3 is finally replacing it. I love the mechanical tail switch for on / off, and a side switch to change modes, which is why I hung onto the Thrunite for such a long time. It’s dead simple to use and I know what’s going to happen every time I turn the light on. It has an excellent build quality and it’s compact, bright, and efficient. The beam pattern is tight, but not SUPER throwy. Very usable as an outdoor light. Happy to find a more modern light with the same simplicity that I loved about my Thrunite!

This is my third Sofirn flashlights and I had this little beam for about two weeks- it beyond my expectations and highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a reliable and affordable flashlight!I walk my dog with my wife every night and this little beam is must-to-have tool. So light and well built- high quality stuff. It is so bright that you won’t expect by its size. The battery life is pretty long and it is longer than what I need it to be!I strongly recommend this wonderful light to anyone who is looking for a great flashlight! five stars!

Sofirn SP31V3
Great little light from Sofirn. 4 brightness settings and 3 aux settings (strobe, beacon, and SOS). 2000 lumen max output with a range of over 200m with great battery life. Perfect size for an 18650 powered pocket carry. My only complaint is the unique dual switch setup. The rear switch acts just as a power button while the side switch adjusts brightness and changes mode.

Fantastic edc light!
This is a fantastic edc light! I got the 519a version and the beam is warm and floody but still has a defined hotspot. The light functions flawlessly. The user interface is simple. The tailcap works great and has a good click. Easily operable in a high stress situation. I like that I can turn the light on with just a click and it returns to the last brightness setting I used. Fits the pocket really good. The clip is solid. This is a quality flashlight at a great price. I own several Sofirn lights and they are all high quality. Highly recommended.
