Great choice
The OBD product plugged in and works perfectly. It was CCD easy to set up and tracks the car quickly . I set it on performance and get updates every few seconds on location, etc. Danny in customer service is quick to respond and altogether I am delighted with the package. Previously I was using a product called Kayo which was just OK and more expensive. I highly recommend HAPN

TL,DR: good product, works well for advertised purpose. Company is EXTREMELY helpful with any type of issue including remote setup.While the ODBII version would still be much easier with a ~2 inch cable to fit shape and size of some compartments I updated my review based on these two aspects.1. I may was mistaken about some of the features when shopping, which is by no means a flaw in the product.2. Support went WAY above and beyond to get my issues resolved. They were immediately responsive, helpful, and followed up even when I and the elderly relative I purchased this for had forgotten. The people assisting me were friendly enough to know them by name and patient given I was mostly supporting this from a distance for a family member.Original review below.Sticks out too far for modern ODBII ports under dash. Doesn’t allow power off remotely or disable when removed. Difficult setup. Use case is tracking not discreetly observing.

Would of been nice to know you have to pay $120.00 to activate and than pay $8.99 a month. I’m not looking to spend money like that. I want something free.

Accurate plug-in ready tracker
Extremely happy with the product. Customer support was exceptional. Jacob G was very patient and helpful with questions and helping me step by step of the way to set up my GPS tracker for my daughters’ car, which gives me piece of mind for security reasons. I like that this GPS tracker is plug in ready and doesn’t need to be charged. It is very accurate and stays hidden out of the way because it is small in size.

Not rally accurate location but it does locate my car. After one month use it. It’s good to have it and app and website it is all convenient share to someone in my family. I only give it four star because sometimes live track it is not update realtime.

Ok before my lack of knowledge had me write a bad review my fault it is a ok app its a litle off sometimes but so is the last 4 gps tracker ive had so …..its definitely worth the money

I did not pay attention that this is a OBD powered device. That seems useless to be called Spytec because anyone can see it sticking out from under the dash and unplug it and there goes your security. I will be returning this immediately.
