Nice rack and great customer service
The rack is sturdy and solid. The assembly instruction could be a little bit clearer but it was sufficient. One of the parts came broken so I had to reach out to Tecmojo. The process was painless and Mike sent out the replacement part right away. All in all, I’d buy this product again from Tecmojo if I needed a similar rack in the future.

Strong, sturdy, and solid price
High quality, really nice looking network rack. Fairly easy to build, strong support on each side, and works really well with my Unifi gear. Wasn’t so sure ordering one online but it was truly worth it.

Great racks except for some screws
Went together easy, but study the pictorial instructions first. Some screws are thread cutting screws and hard to turn in. They should be tapped holes, but you can still get it done. I made mine with wheels for freestanding use. I can’t comment on wall mounting. They do not give enough equipment screws unless you have a bunch of 2 or 3 unit devices. Had to use my own screws because most of my gear is single space. Deduct 1 star for self tappers and short supply of mounting screws.

Affordable and good quality
Quality on par with other names such a Nave Point but much more affordable.

Good enough, better on floor/table, but not great on wall.
Great so far and fits well. The only item I see an issue with is the wall mounting method is not sufficient for the weight of the rack and devices. I put on wall but it sagged enough with only one 2u device installed that the doors were misaligned on sides. I braces with a couple pieces of small 2×4 under to keep it level. I only have it mounted 5” above a surface so this wasn’t a huge deal for my setup but may be a no-go for others. It was fairly easy to setup (although instructions are very limited/not good, it was not super illogical of a task). I’m happy so far but again it’s not perfect but it fits my needs.

Probably not worth it
Tecmojo 18U Wall Mount Rack,18U Rack 23.6 Inch DepthWhile I can’t speak for the other size and options available, I would avoid this one in particular.The frame and panels are all extremely flimsy, basically sheet metal.Side door latches were made of the cheapest plastic I’ve ever seen. You might notice other reviews mentioning they were broken on arrival, well that’s because of poor packaging and the fact that the panels were preinstalled into the frame during shipping. Mine were usable but chipped, and I wouldn’t trust them long run. They’re also not removable so good luck if you need to replace them.Back door is held together with 6 screws which makes the rear less than accessible. You could get away with leaving two in though. The cable outlet in the back not easily removable and would likely take bolt cutters to get through. I didn’t bother with this.Front door arrived crooked, twice. The lock was also smashed in or installed incorrectly and would not close. This unit requires the lock to be engaged for the door to close; without a lock, the front door is entirely useless.After calling Amazon and requesting a new door, they just shipped me an entire unit as a replacement. I had to swap the door, pack up the replacement unit and schedule a pickup for delivery. Not world ending but just keep in mind you won’t get piecemeal replacement parts. The second door I received was also crooked but would lock, although the lock was loose, rattly, and had to force itself into the frame to close.Screws were next to impossible to install and required a 1/4 HP power tool. The holes were not tapped correctly and there was paint blocking most of them. The screws and included rack bolts are also extremely cheap.As one might expect the included fans were loud and pretty much useless. I would have replaced them.Ultimately I ended up returning this rack. I’m only giving it a second star because it’s a somewhat affordable 18U and might work for some, but you get what you pay for. After experiencing the quality and installation issues I had with this rack, I wouldn’t recommend buying from this brand.
