Customers say
Customers praise the duffel bag’s quality, solid construction, and storage capacity, noting its well-planned compartments that can be used as two separate areas. The bag’s durability receives mixed feedback – while some say it holds up well on trips, others report it falling apart. Customers disagree on the size, with some finding it too big to carry on planes, and the zipper quality is also mixed, with some praising the great zippers while others report them tearing away. The weight receives mixed opinions, with some finding it decent for its size while others say it’s heavier than expected.

Fantastic Gear Bag
This is a great bag for hauling gear. At 61 inches of total dimension for checked baggage and the rectangular shape, it’s maxed out for loading gear onto an airplane. The construction is rugged and intelligent with handles and access everywhere. The zippers are a little bit of a tough pull, but their heavy build makes them unlikely to fail. Load it up and get out there!

Very user friendly bag. Can easily pack 50lbs. Nice to have two big storage areas.
I owned an airline bag like this for years until it finally was destroyed by the airlines. I liked the dual storage compartment so I gave this a try. Bag is very sturdy but light weight. Zippers work well, Good handles. GREAT price. Very happy to use this style of bag. Works great for winter travel with coats and extra cloths/shoes.

This bag is BIG!
First thing you’ll notice about this bag is how big it is, and at the same time how lightweight it is, and the quality construction of the bag. The design of the bag is a little unique and you may change the way you pack, but you’ll be amazed how much you can fit in it. Also with the color of the bag, you’ll easily be able to locate it at baggage claim.

Worth Spending high price.
Great Travelling duffel luggage. Bought 2 of them. One from Amazon and other from another merchant (got low price from them and they had only one). I travelled from June to July/23. 22 hours long and connecting flight. I carried 80 pound in each luggage. They hold the weight very well. No tear or rip. It is a versatile luggage. it have top zipper to open and acces the entire space. It also have middle zipper which allows you to organize staff to and have cover to seperate the item and then you can load more stuff on top of the cover. both top and bottom have zippered compertment to store thin and essential items. Overall very well designed. I bought them 3 months ago. Hope they will last long.

TravelPro does not hold up and dimensions are not as published on Amazon
My family has purchased 4 of these bags over the past 3 years and they do not last. The problem wiith the design is that when the bag is standing upright on it’s wheels the zipper and material rub the ground despite the plastic bar/foot so that the material and zipper are abraded to the point of failure. My bag has made it the longest but I only travel 2-4 times a year, but it is getting ready to fail. My son travels every week for work and the first one he had failed in less than a year and the 2nd made it a little past a year with a lot of tape.I have been careful with the 4th bag but one of the wheel assemblies was partially torn and TravelPro sent a new one. The problem is that the kit does not include the main bolt, washer and lock nut so the kit is useless. When i reached back out, TravelPro said that that part is not available but I could buy something at a hardware store. When I pushed back about why they don’t have a part for a product still in production, I was given the address to send it at my cost and they would then send a new bag. My rate is much more than their rate and is 25% of the cost of a new one for a bolt less than $2. So now their warranty is worthless and customer service is worse than poor. Rather than spend that much more, I also just noticed that they now use the internal dimension of 30”x15”x16” for a total of 61” to stay within airline oversize limits rather than the overall dimensions showing on TravelPro website that includes the handle and wheels as used by the airlines of 31”x16.5”x17” for a linear of 64.5”.Rather than get hit with an unexpected oversize charge on a flight or my other bag’s zipper letting go during a trip or paying another 25-50% for another doomed bag, I believe I will move on from TravelPro completely. In my opinion, they are dishonest in warranty, marketing for size, and durability.

Great Cruise Bag
We love to travel the world using cruise ships as our floating hotels. Cruising is great but staterooms are small so we have learned to always take luggage that will flatten and slide under the bed rather than taking up space in the room. I gave this bag to my husband for our most recent cruise and it worked wonderfully. It held up to handling by the airlines and was easy to roll to the ship check-in. It has multiple handles for lifting and many compartments. The upper compartment has a zip out bottom so it can be used as two separate compartments or one deep compartment. We are very pleased with this bag.

Well made
I have only taken this on one plane trip so far but there are no scuffs. Zippers seem strong and the compartments are well planned out

Bought this for Vacation as I always borrowed someone’s suitcase, didn’t want a hard suitcase nor did I find a soft one that really “stood out”. This one works awesome with ample storage and definitely without question “stands out” in busy airports, easy to locate. The quality is great, well constructed for a duffel bag.

Just returned from a 13-day trip to Europe: this brilliant suitcase held everything, easy roll, withstood airplanes and cruise ship handling. It’s a bit heavy but probably because it’s so sturdy!!
