How to reconnect and operation when failed to reconnect？
When KH-23 is connected with your cell phone successfully once, it will reconnect to the paired device automatically when power on. If failed, please press and hold the MFB for 5-7 seconds to reconnect.
How to pair the Bluetooth headset to computer?
Power on the Bluetooth headset, and turn on the Bluetooth on your computer: Select Computer Settings > Bluetooth & other devices > Add Bluetooth or other device > Bluetooth > Find KH-23 and click to connect.
How to activate voice assistant?
Press and hold MFB for 1 second to wake up the voice assistant.
How to delete paired records？
In standby status, press and hold volume + and MFB at the same time for 5 seconds to clear the pairing record, now KH-23 will not connect to previous devices automatically.

Great Headset – Worth the low cost!
I’ve been using this headset for a week now, and I’m impressed. The sound is clear, the mic cancels out background noise really well, and calls sound great on both ends. Pairing was super easy, and the connection stays solid.Battery life is fantastic as I can go days without charging, and when I do, it charges fast. It’s also comfortable, even for long calls. The buttons are big and easy to use and find with my fingers without looking at the unit.Definitely recommend for home office use.

Nice Headset!
I found this headset to be great for it’s price point. The battery life is great! I used it for a week straight, for multiple hours a day before needing to recharge it. The sound quality of the speaker and the recording quality of the microphone is good quality for this tier of headset. And the people I’ve talked to while using it said they could hear me clearly. I’ve also talked to my wife on the phone while she was using it and found her voice quality to be good. I found the universal button on this headset to be very responsive, which is not the case for some other headsets that I’ve owned. I like listening to videos and always need to pause/unpause from a distance. It’s pretty light weight and I’ve found it comfortable to wear for extended periods. The microphone arm is flexible and adjustable, so I can get the mic in a good position. It also has all the other usual features you would expect. And I’ve had it connected to both my phone and a laptop and it has been able to maintain both connections and switch automatically to the device I was playing sound from. I also got the version with the dongle for a computer, so it can be used on my desktop computer that lacks Bluetooth. All in all I’ve had a good experience and I am pleased with it.

This headset is great, especially for the price! I’ve been using it for almost a month and have had zero problems.Durability: I toss it in my laptop backpack to use in my home office and in my work office. I read some reviews about it not being durable but as I said I toss it in my backpack and have had no issues. It seems very well made.Connectivity/Range: It connects to my laptop quickly every single time. The range seems quite good as well. I’m able to move about my office and to other rooms without loosing connection or signal.Battery life: I think I’ve only charged it one time other than the initial and have not run low on battery at all. I use it multiple times a day.Sound quality: The speaker is clear and loud. I’ve not had any complaints from anyone on the call about mic sound quality.Comfort: Even though this is a larger headset it is comfortable to wear. I’ve not had any issues using it for extended lengths of time. The microphone is adjustable. I’m able to move it out of the way quickly if I want to drink or eat whilst on a call and get it back in position quickly to talk when necessary.I would recommend this headset to anyone needing an inexpensive, durable headset. I’m very please with this product!

Quality headset for a good price
As a truck driver my headset is a vital tool but to get a good quality headset you can spend over $100… This headset is as good as any of the expensive ones for a fraction of the price! The buttons are intuitive so you can answer calls quickly without having to think about it… Sound quality is decent! I am not a truck driver but I work from home and I needed a headset for calls. This headset has everything I needed: long battery life, clear sound, connection to 2 devices and it covers only one ear so that I am still aware of my surroundings. It is light and comfortable enough to be worn for a long period although I haven’t had to wear it for a whole day. The headband can be adjusted to fit most head sizes. I have a large head and had to open it to the max for it to fit. It is easy to connect and use and the mute button comes in handy. Even people who are not tech savvy will have no problem using it. I would have preferred a sleeker design but due to the fact that the buttons are large, I don’t have to fiddle to find them. And they have a nice feel to them. Overall it feels like a solid headset that could last a long time.
