Customers say
Customers find the earbuds comfortable and appreciate their noise cancellation capabilities. However, the functionality receives mixed reviews, with some reporting that only one setting works and the device shuts off unexpectedly. Moreover, the charging ability is problematic, with customers noting that the earbuds don’t always charge and batteries drain overnight. Additionally, connectivity issues are common, with customers reporting frequent disconnections. The sound quality and build quality also receive mixed feedback, with some finding them good while others consider them not up to Walker’s usual standards.

So far this might be my favorite pair.
I own the newest Klein buds, Axil Xcor s and these too. Got these Disrupters for $144, I got the Kleins for $159 and the Xcores at $180 for President’s Day sale. These are the most tech savvy but you have to use the app to get the most out of these earbuds. You can do the minimal without using the Walker app for which I’ve had zero issues with. Good phone call quality. The earbuds for whatever reason they’re not 100% when case might be but not a biggie but I think once or twice I’ve had one ear bud dead when case wasn’t but that could’ve been on me. Nice size case. These by far sound the best and the loudest. Changing what frequency you hear is kind of cool depending on what environment you are using them in so these will be my casual and hunting buds. Even at reg price $250 I would probably get these buds. The Xcores are probably the most comfortable and the most thought out of how to operate from the earbuds which you can do everything from. The dual case setup is clutch too. And the earbuds are always 100% fully charged. Sadly the sound is the worst out of all three and pretty quiet on phone call makes hearing the other person but they have the best noise reduction rating of 29. These will block out all noise above 85 decibels so it just is a blank cutoff of noise. So they will be my shooting buds. At the price I bought them for I’d probably get them again but not for $300. The Kleins are the middle of the road buds. They sound pretty good all around. Easy to operate with Bluetooth on the left earbud, Smart Sense on the right bud. They’re fast at connecting never had an issue with them charging either. Good phone call quality. Their case is the biggest but for work it helps stick in my occidental bags. Middle of the pack for being comfy of the 3. Easy in and out due to they kick out they have but it’s a con if you end up using them with a beanie they will push on your ear and make them not comfy. Kleins will be the pair I use at work throwing up steel. At reg price $179 I would purchase them again. Each have their pros and cons but depending on what you’ll use em for is the deciding factor imo.

Wish I hadn’t thrown my money away
It does not give much enhancement. I have to turn volume all the way up, and on “power boost” mode to get desired effect. Also, after a loud noise they cut out and don’t allow me to hear well at all, until I turn off and back on again. They do dampen loud noises well, but just don’t go back to normal after.I’m gonna play with them a little longer, but seriously considering a return at this point.Update.UPDATE: less than one year of use, about 4 months of hunting season actually, and these have failed. They won’t charge and often won’t connect. Multiple attempts at support with Walkers has been met with crickets. They obviously do not value customer service. These things are way too expensive to only get 4 months use out of them and then have the company ignore you. No more for me.UPDATE AFTER A SEASON: they’ve gotten much worse and now will not blue tooth connect and the right ear bud has dead battery and will not charge. Have made several additional attempts at getting support from Walker and they are ignoring me. At this point these buds are totally useless and if I could give zero stars, I would, mainly because of the horrible (non existent) customer service. If you buy these, you’ll be sorry.

Work Great Once I Received a New Pair
My first experience with the Walker’s Disrupters was not good. Package was clearly a returned item – seal was cut, there was disgusting ear wax all over foam pieces, one foam piece was cracked, etc. Tried to pair it with my phone anyway and wouldn’t connect. Amazon was great and sent out a replacement right away and sent a return label for the original. I’ve only used them a couple times now, but so far so good. I also have a pair of Walker’s Silencer 2.0 earbuds, which work good, but I can’t keep them from falling out of my ears. I guess my ears aren’t designed right for that style. Also have a pair of Walker’s Raptor bone conduction that work ok, but I was looking to get better sound quality (voices are a bit muffled). So compared to the other two Walker’s hearing protection devices I have, the Disruptors have good sound quality, fit my ears better (and stay in), and seem to provide adequate noise protection when shooting clay targets. I didn’t deduct any stars for the disgusting broken pair I originally received, because I was very happy with the way Amazon handled the replacement/return.

Mixed results
I’ve been using these the last few months for entertainment and at the range and I have very mix feelings regaurding the quality.Pros:-music and sound quality is pretty crisp-easy to use app with adjustable sound volume mixer during range sessions.-Long battery life, maybe have to charge once a week for daily use.Cons:-Cheap plastic material.-often doesn’t disconnect while head phones are in the case leading to the batteries draining overnight.-must wait until headphones light up to remove them from case or else they won’t turn on.-foam pieces during range sessions have small plastic tubes inside which can easily be ripped out accidently when changing out inserts.-no storage pocket for inserts in the case so you have to be careful to keep track of where your inserts are when you need to swap out. They aren’t the worst but there are way better options out there. I would suggest that if you buy these, use them as dedicated hearing protection only and keep them in your range/work bag when you need them. Just have a different pair of head phones for entertainment.

I’m very happy with the disruptor earbuds! I have hearing loss and use hearing aids regularly. These are the 1st I’ve tried were the ambient sound is loud enough with the volume turned up that I can actually have a conversation while wearing them! Noise suppression is great for a ear bud aswell im shooting 300prc from in a shelter and can shoot as long as I want without Noise discomfort (believe it or not even with hearing loss loud noise still hurts )

Do not buy these, the Bluetooth is bad at connecting to your phone. Constantly only connecting one of the buds but not both. They’re okay otherwise when there working but they don’t work all of the time.
