Perfect for drowning out office noise
I am beyond happy with this headset! I work in HR, we have an open office, and it gets loud! This headset is super comfortable, I love that it covers both my ears because it drowns out all the noise around me. Highly reccommend, well worth every penny!

Works better than my wireless headset my job provided that I could barely hear on and the battery would always die at 2:45 only problem with this headset is it pulls my hair or the wire gets stuck on desk knocking headset offConsidering I couldn’t hear on the other one I can hear loud and clear on this one so I’ll take the hair pulling

Great Product
I just received my Wantek call center headset and I’m completely satisfied with my purchase. The headset rest right over my head with no discomfort. The cord is long enough which allows me to maneuver with my keyboard at work and other multi-tasking activities. The sound quality is excellent and the price is a bargain for what you get with this product

Telephone headset doesn’t insert into phone. Very Annoying.
I ordered a telephone headset. I have purchased these a few times in the past. The one that Amazon sent me this time does not connect to my phone – – – not in any way, shape or form. And there was a very small plastic bag accompanying the new headset. the small plastic bag had inside two tiny, tiny wires with plastic somethings on the end that did not fit into my phone nor the new headset. Now, I suppose it is up to me to go to an Amazon reuturn location to return Amazon’s mistake. And now I also have to find a headset that fits. Never a problem, previously.

I was never able to use this since I don’t have compatible phone. But I wish I did because this was good quality and liked how it fit. So I returned it with sadness.

Comfortable and good sound quality
I have a Cisco 7821 or 7841 model phone at work; not sure which one. The headset plugs into the phone directly without needing any of the adapters that were included with the phone. It is comfortable and the sound quality is good (actually better than I expected). Volume control can be adjusted with the control on the headset cord, or on the phone itself. Customers have no trouble hearing me and I can hear them more clearly using this headset than I could using the Cisco handset that came standard with the phone.

Works perfectly as expected
I bought this headset to fit my phone at the worksite. I had grown very accustomed to using a headset while working from home. Recently, I had to return to the office and could not stand using the handset that you actually have to hold while talking. So, I found this product as it was supposed to fit the model of phone I have at work. And it does! And it is compatible and it works great. I can keyboard, write and drink coffee unimpeded. For the price, this is excellent, just what I needed. My only “complaint” is that I can hear my own voice through the earpiece more than I would like. But it is not a problem.
