Great solution to a simple issue
I have my own office and I use both my cell phone and my office phones to make calls. I needed some type of headset to use with my iPhone and after researching, I chose this one from Wantek. It is well-priced and it turns out to be really good with my cell phone. The sound is very clear and distinct, and everyone talking me says it is really good sound. The last feature I like is that this phone has the option to hear your own voice when you are talking. We have all spent our entire lives talking on the telephone and we always hear our own voice. But many modern headsets do not have this feature and I find it very unsettling, it seems like I am far away in the woods somewhere. You can choose to turn this feature on or off, but I really prefer to hear my voice when I am on the phone.

Great Quality at an affordable price – An Amazon Hit
Run a Solo Customer Service organization, using the headset all day taking and making calls to Customers, Suppliers and misc Vendors, Comfort very important and it meets my requirements. Only one draw back is the switch between on and off slide very easily and I have missed calls because switch is wrong position, Low tech solution is I taped the switch to be permanently ON. Next revision of item should include lock on switch

Didn’t work, and adapters looked cheap and junky
Tried headphones without adapters, and with each of the three enclosed adapters. It wouldn’t work with any of them. Two put the phone into an infinite reboot loop. The adapters looked like bits of trash someone had soldered together to get a “duct tape and bailing wire” solution. I returned this and bought something better.

Bought this for a busy medical office. Worked great with our phone system. Can hear great, comfortable with hands free. Made our job easier without trying to hold a phone and talk. Would definitely recommend. Brought one for every front office personnel! They all love it!

Comfy but didn’t work; UPDATE: Replacement works great
These plugged into my ShoreTel 230 headset jack and I thought they worked pretty well on a test call to my mobile phone. But everyone I spoke to after that complained that my voice was cutting in and out. When I switched to speakerphone or the phone’s handset, audio was fine. I’ve ordered a replacement and will update this if they work. UPDATE: The replacement works great. Good audio quality, and no one has complained about my mic. Upgraded my rating from 2 to 3 stars.

Don’t wait, just ask already!
It took me way too long to reach out to a vendor to ask if a headset would work with my phone which is not listed on any headset on Amazon. I emailed sales at Wantek and got a response less than 24 hours later. I placed my order and got the headset in my hands the next day. It works with a Vertical Wave phone 5000i with no issues – extremly plug and play. Dont hesitate to ask about a random phone. My neck and shoulder are jacked from holding the the phone to my ear while typing. The calls I have made today vary in clarity, but that is more the nature of the phone and internet. Some calls are clearer than ever, so i would say it is better than the regular hand set.

Connected with extreme ease to an IP phone (Digium) – it comes with numerous adapters for every need, but I didn’t need it – it was immediately proved to be a truly excellent product, excellent sound quality and comfort of the headset, the reduction of external noise. Lo compré por el COVID-19, mi trabajo cambió a ser telefónico y con el teléfono normal, tras 8 horas terminaba con dolor de cuello. La calidad de los materiales es buena, tiene buen sonido. Para contestar las llamadas tienes que descolgar el teléfono. Tiene un botón de mute. Me aporta comodidad. El teléfono al que lo adapté es de un bazar chino y funciona muy bien. A los 6 meses dejó de funcionar; como ofrecen garantía de satisfacción del cliente por un año, contacté por correo con el vendedor e inmediatamente y sin ningún costo me enviaron uno nuevo. Estoy encantada con el vendedor.

Hatte mir gedacht, dass es vom Anschluß her auch an ein Yealink IP-Telefon gehen müsste. Und das tut es. Noice Cancelling habe ich allerdings keines feststellen können, ist jedoch für meinen Anwendungsfall (freihändig) nicht so wichtig. Auch ist die Tonqualität nicht ganz auf der Höhe des Telefonhörers, der allerdings bei den HD-Sonic-Geräten aussergewöhnlich gut ist. Doch in der Praxis kann man damit gut leben.
