Excellent customer service!
Original!I never got these to work myself and had to return them. I did some investigation when I failed to get them working and the trouble shooter said that too many walls could interfere with the signal even though they are supposed to have a pretty good range and be an upgrade over the old model. There is no guide to how many walls are too many. I have two between my living room and entry but I suspect that any is too many.Update!Wuloo contacted me right away about my failure and offered up a different model that they thought might help me. I am glad too see the company standing behind their products. The new system arrived with a 20% charge from the factory. I followed the directions for set-up and attempted to charge both units before testing them. This setwill transmit adequately through my apartment but the indoor unit is not able to charge in the stand like the outdoor unit. I believe that there is a manufacturing defect in the unit and gave them 3 stars since manufacturing defects will likely make this unit unusable but Wuloo did donate them for free to test. They need to work on the Quality Control but they are trying to make happy customers.Latest update!I have to admit that these folks really work hard on their customer service. Even after getting two products that didn’t work quite right in a row and receiving a free upgrade that didn’t quite work out the folks at Wuloo have gone the extra mile and offered to exchange the product once again. You have to give a company props for in a situation like this.

All units were paired right out of the box, so setting up was easy. For some reason the units were unpaired after 3 months. Attempted to follow manual instructions failed, so I contacted customer support by email. Customer support was responsive and answered within 24 hours with detailed instructions. All units work well again.
